Kemps Creek Memorial Park

No church on site, so service takes place in temporary tent. No catering on site so 30 minutes delay in setting up. Maintenance poor. Landscaping average. Facilities poor.

I attended a burial at the Kemps Creek Lawn Cemetry about 5 years ago, and was extremely impressed with the pristine lawns and gardens, and general upkeep of the surrounds.Imagine my dismay, when I attended my mother's burial in late July this year, to find that the condition and upkeep of the lawns and gardens had deteriorated immensely. Uneven and patchy grass surfaces, weeds and general neglect of the grounds was my first observation.To have a final resting place for loved ones in such poor condition, is a sad indictment on the company responsible for the maintenance of the Kemps Creek Lawn Cemetry. My observations and dismay was shared by several mourners at the burial service, who expressed their concerns re the inappropriate condition of the grounds.I can only express my wish that, in the immediate future the maintenance of the Lawn Cemetry becomes a top priority.

I will say the best lady to deal with is Belinda. She is very helpful.The lawn mower man has been respectful when I've been here and gone else where on his lawn mower.My father in law is buried here and whilst my interactions with the few staff have been great I'm disappointed to come here today and find his site completely ruined and untidy. His flowers were thrown on him like he was nothing. No care has been taken to look after him at all.

There is no sign before entrance due to entrance is in deep spot and dangerous.

Extremely poor maintenance especially the Muslim cemetery. I have been visiting my loved one every week and it’s in a very poor state compared to the from Christian side. I called this morning and I was hung up on each time I call advising me that it’s a line issue so the 6th time I called to enquire about purchase/package offer, the line was all good no problems. Please get your act straight and do the maintenance of all the areas not just the front side of your business!

Last week we buried a loved one. I was deeply saddened at my Father in Laws disappointment and distress regarding the poor maintenance of the Catholic grave sites. My In Laws purchased their plots some years ago when the cemetery was well maintained. When you bury a loved one you would assume that they will be taken care of in death as they were in life. This made a very sad time even more difficult. My hope is that the owner's of the cemetery take note of these reviews and take positive steps to improve the grounds. On another note the staff were not helpful when asked if there were facilities for the priest to prepare for the service. He ended up changing by the car. The staff should demonstrate empathy professionalism and respect for people who are grieving so the process can be a little easier. I hope for my Father in Law so sake that things will improve.

Where's is my Grandfather's name on the gravestone? Where's the image on the gravestone? No care for the deceased honest to God.
