I would just like to say a BIG thank you to Marco and the gardeners for their hard work in replacing the Spruce tree to a Rose where my fathers plaque is situated between the Chapel and the car park (circa 1975) I had a MUCH better interaction with TNSC then I had 2/3 years ago! VERY communicative! VERY helpful! The area was looking dry and neglected, now the areas looking great!!!Great job and thank you so much for all of your photo email updates Marco (21.10.20)

My wife's mothers Funeral was held at the Northern Suburbs Crematorium on 27th January 2023 and the Funeral Directors were Guardian Funerals. They are next to the Crematorium at North Ryde. As we had close family living interstate it was arranged that the service be 'live streamed'. Sadly, our streaming included the last part of someone else's funeral, and ours was cut off before it ours finished. The previous funeral was running late and as a result, our family funeral stared about 15 minutes late and cut off part way through the slide show. After extensive enquiries over some months, with Guardian and NSC it turns out that the recording/streaming is done by a contracted company that use automated start and finish times. The last part of the previous funeral that had concluded showed people still sitting in the chapel with staff standing there and making no attempt to ask them to please move outside. (I have screenshots to support this). One would assume that the staff were aware of the automated recording and live streaming time, and knowing that our service was running late due to no fault of ours. This situation needs to be rectified so it doesn't happen to other families. Our family were deprived of seeing and hearing a significant part of the farewell to their grandmother and great grandmother. A modified copy of the service was offered to include the slideshow, but everything after that has been lost forever. This was made months later and received by us on 24th March. A very disappointing and inexcusable situation. As a separate issue, the audio quality in the chapel was extremely poor.

Finally I am writing this long needed review. I really hope Mario does not work here anymore!! He ruined my mothers funeral service. We walked in to see a different name on the screen to then it being completely misspelt. The music was not what we requested and when we approached him he was sitting on his phone - he was very rude to myself and my sister that he is always going to be the reason he ruined the service. You only get one goodbye for your loved one. My friend had a service back in Pinegrove and said that Mario did the service there and also messed it all up with the wrong songs so he clearly doesn’t care!! Disgrace!!

Carol and her team do an amazing job in maintaining Northern Suburbs Memorial Gardens. The gardens are simply beautiful. I am happy to just go there, sit on one of their many seats have a coffee, maybe a stroll and enjoy the beauty of the gardens and visit my parents who now are there. Thankyou Carol and your team, you should be proud of the work you all do, as we do appreciate the endless work you all do.,

It’s a beautiful place to walk around on a nice sunny day. And it’s probably a nicer place to be alive in than buried in. The gardens are a credit to those who tend them. My mum passed away recently and she is in the garden just next to the roses in the photo. When the camellia trees are in bloom it’s like it has snowed flowers on the ground - just amazing. See the new photo I’ve attached.

No concept of customer service by Carol! We were all very grief stricken and emotional after a beautiful service, however, at the wake in the skyline lounge we were abused by a very rude staff member carol. She raised her voice and was abusive to me and my family after my young teenage sister tried to take a piece of leftover chocolate cake home. Completely ruined an otherwise beautiful day for us with her terrible attitude. Very disappointing.

The grounds are beautiful, water feature sounds drown out the traffic, it's a shame about the receptionist - a little bit of empathy and human compassion would go a long way, especially since the people you're most likely dealing with are going through one of the most difficult times in their lives. The administration side of things and lack of follow-up is a major disappointment.

Absolutely rude receptionist. I arrived at the front desk with my baby and in a bubbly personality greeted the busy receptionist behind the counter. She had clearly been busy but I paused and had waited for a cue that she was ready to take my enquiry. She fluttered her eyelids erratically and said in a haughty tone, ' I'm Sorry?! What is it that you're ACTUALLY asking me?'I felt like I was the dirt beneath this woman's shoe (for reference, all I said was, Hi there
