I can not understate how impressed I am with the service provided by Exclusive Auto Centre based in Newstead. Despite having an accident in arguably the busiest time of the year they went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Melinda who runs reception was always friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Despite the short notice and time of the year, Nick, who own and runs the business, personally took the time to chase down everything I needed to get me going. The thing that really stood out was that every car in the shop was a high end vehicles while I drive a 2 door Hyundai Getz. Yet yet they still made time for me and where absolute professionals in every respect. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a mechanic they can really rely on. Congratulations team and thanks for all your help. You made my Christmas!

This was my second time using The Exclusive Auto Centre to repair my car and I was happy both times. I recommend this repairer to anyone who needs a reliable, professional and peace-of-mind repairer. The staff were friendly. They organised a replacement car for me while my car was being repaired. The replacement car was waiting for me at the centre when I dropped my car off. When I picked my car up, I just left the replacement vehicle at the centre and the staff took care of it for me (so convenient). All I would say is Bravo to all the staff !""

I've had the pleasure of having my M3 touched up by Nick, Charlie and their team. They were very honest from the beginning with a reasonable quote and had offered options for me to consider. Even though the job was very small, the attention to detail was spot on. i could tell Nick was very humble, knowledgeable, experienced and pedantic, all the qualities that a motoring enthusiast could trust with their pride and joy. They did a wonderful job and i would certainly recommend them in the future.

Nick and his team at The Exclusive Auto Centre were tasked with minor repairs to my Audi S5. They did an excellent job and kept me posted every step of the way. The fit and finish cannot be faulted including the pearl colour matching.My car has a lot of custom work done to it and Nick and his team ensured that everything was taken care of professionally.
