Hands down best Harvey Norman out there. Their customer service is just next level. Big shout out to Danny (the gentleman that took care of us). This brother is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. He's our go to from now on for anything fridges, washers and dryers.

I bought a dyson v7 on boxing day 2022 from Harvey Norman, opened the box and immediately wasn’t happy with condition of this V7. Dust and dirty motor and parts. I felt as if someone was cheeky and sold refurbished one. Called the store went in to show what I wasn’t happy about and the ladies told it is just the way they come and nothing wrong with them and didn't even tried to address the issue properly. I wanted to swap anyway and I was told to wait. After few weeks I picked up my replacement V7 and the condition was even worse than the first one. It was making weird noise as if a loose nut is inside (not visible), dust and dirty in general. The stick and motor shakes up rapidly on gentle left and right movements. Definitely not happy with how it was presented. I am pretty sure there are other brands out there like Samsung, LG and more who are offering better products at this price range. Never ever going to buy a dyson again. Harvey Norman's customer service is terrible, I wouldn't recommend this store at all.

Generally nice staff, but the delivery / installation service is absolutely atrocious on many many levels.Our new bed had a part sent to the wrong house, which then was re-delivered to us damaged.New LG combo washing / dryer wasn't installed correctly, had our laundry flooded multiple times after multiple attempts.Spent over $7,000 at Harvey Norman Oxley, I can say with absolute confidence we won't be shopping there again, and also steer others away.

Exceptional service and product knowledge from Mika. All staff were lovely, banter on the floor and gave my whingey 3year old a Tim Tam (very kind). Great professional delivery ordered via the store. Good care kit instructions and support for leather couch. Will come again.

Very nice, large, well set out store that covers all you home needs. Almost completely finished upgrading since the floods. Always find pleasant staff that are very helpful. Have personally bought furniture and flooring before and have never had any issues. Very well priced.

Came in seeking a specific item due to its specifications, was then steered in the direction of a (sold to me as) “more suitable” item which was evidently also more expensive. Took it home, set it up, three days later issues with the item and found out after numerous trouble shooting attempts it doesn’t also do what I initially wanted the first item to do - contacted the store, was told I needed to contact the product company directly for assistance and a case number before a refund; 13 attempts and no response later I contacted the store again. The sales rep (also a manager) and he “doesn’t recall the conversation” regarding my requirements for the item and made all attempts to say we never mentioned it. Really poor customer service. Really money hungry, happy to take your money not happy to actually help the customer. Fair trading have accepted the case as my last call is now proof that they refuse to assist. I’ve given them a week to rectify or it will be taken further. You can see why this place has such bad reviews!

We had been a regular customer of Harvey Norman at Fortitude Valley for a long time and we’re very happy with their services and we get good discounts.Since we move to Mt. ommaney area we choose to buy goods and appliances at Harvey Norman Oxley now. My experience was not good I noticed when they needed your money the service was good but when the time we returned the items or exchange it nobody will help your needs.We bought a microwave and other kitchen appliances for the new room. The other appliances was fitted exactly what we asked the salesman but when we try the microwave it won’t fit it was bigger size . They blamed us for not giving the right size.Since we trust them with the size we opened the box to fit in unfortunately it won’t fit. I went to the Oxley store to exchange it and they said we can’t because it was special order. It was purchased on Saturday and delivered Monday.The microwave was perfectly returned inside the box no damage and I was paid extra fees for warranty of five years. They said I can only return it if I change my mind or faulty. And to return it they will charge me 20% of what we paid for because it was opened and has fingerprints on the microwave as you do when you touch it they said it was considered second hand.I told them when you purchased an item you can return or exchange it for 30 days and they said it doesn’t apply to them.If they told us from the beginning that we can’t return what we purchased once we open it. I won’t waste my time trying to return or exchange it.PS: During 2022 flood we choose to buy appliances in this store even it wasn’t ready last year to give them support from flood.And now this is what service we got from them after they re-opened no consideration what so ever.#CUSTOMERSERVICE
