Great place it's about a 15 minute drive off road just off Indian Ocean drive there were a lot of bees around when we got there so we didn't go in the caves.would be awesome if they fixed it up abit and made it more accessible for tourists

What an adventure, need a 4x4 to get to the 2 caves due to the soft sand. The caves are off the track and easy to pass if not looking out for them. First cave was locked with a steep decline. Second cave was open and easier to access. There were lots of feral bees however thry didn't bother us this time of year (July) need a torch.

This is actually very hard to find and only accessible by 4wd vehicle. So I couldn't reach this place and it is very deep inside Forrest.

Soft 4wd track can be easy to miss the caves. One is locked and needs a key to unlock the second one was full of bees still worth a look

Made it from the south in an AWD captiva without any trouble, in late september...cool cave when you get there. bring a torch. Kids enjoyed it.

Track was a bit sandy in spots and quite tight but the Northern most cave is fantastic. Steep climb down however and lots of bees!

We were there 21st of September 2019 the cave is good definitely need a four wheel drive it is very sandy I didn't need to let my tyres down just keep your momentum going.The bees are very aggressive at the moment, I got stung twice just standing there for a photo, if you are in any way allergic to bees don't go anywhere near the cave mouth for everyone else wear long pants and long sleeve shirt.

Drovers Cave National Park
Only accessible by 4WD or foot. Walked the whole way in from Jurien East Road (about 1.3 KMs down a dirt track). Cave blocked by steel door when we got there. You need a permit and key to enter. Call Department's Jurien Bay office on (08) 9688 6000 for further information on obtaining a permit. Otherwise a great walk.
