Humongous store with two in one homemaker centre. The electronics section is comprehensive with vast selections available.Staff are always extra helpful with expert knowledge in their allocated department.Prices are always too high!! In saying this, when buying a few items, staff will ensure you are getting the best price they are able to... Don't forget to ask because if you never ask then you never know.

We've dealt with these guys a few times over the years. We shop around but we keep coming back here because we get great service and good prices every time.

What an amazing experience!Decided to purchase a coffee machine and was served by Gary. Gary was personable, professional and beyond helpful. Excellent product knowledge. Amazing customer service. Ended up also replacing our Microwave.

Normal prices can be a joke - wait for good sales. Depending on who you get, service can be good, other times woeful. The last guy was confusing, gave us conflicting information, & offered us a pathetic discount on a full priced item ($4 off a $90 item). I guess he didn't really want to make a sale.

Lovely female staffer, arranged a significant drop in price when she found out we were shopping around. Very patient and polite, with good product knowledge.

I was assisted by two amazing ladies from the photo desk on Boxing Day, I believe their names were Kathrine and Holly. They went above and beyond, with Holly even helping me carrying my stuff out to my car. Absolutely exceptional service and fantastic assistance from both of these staff members. Kathrine was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions, helping me to choose a product that has been perfect for what I needed. She was patient despite the busy day it was, and quick to offer tips and information that allowed me to pick the best product for my project. 5/5 stars. Will definitely be back to see them!

I will never shop there again. I believe they have a terrible refund policy re the return of faulty goods. I bought an appliance there which turned out to be obviously faulty. I wanted a refund but was only given the option of a replacement appliance. This was despite my protest for a refund. No stars for you.
