Sarina Hospital & Primary Health Care Centre

I called up the emergency department and have never been spoken to so rudely, I was laughed at while in tears. I have a small baby and was worried about a long wait with her but when I called up I was told if I was really in pain I’d be there but obviously for a mum with a little one on her own it’s so much harder then that. I’m honestly disgusted and so emotional after being spoken to like that and then hung up on. You’d think with the nature of work you’d have some sympathy and customer service skills or even just some human decency.

The staff are warm, friendly and care about the locals. As a country hospital, it has all the basic services, and the staff do the most with what they have.

Absolutely fantastic doctor and nurses. Came in on Easter Saturday for my partner, could not be more happier with the treatment.

Never and never come here for any reason... service = minus 100Worst place everThere are NO doctors but just apprentices....

This hospital and it's doctors are 100% useless! And you would be better off going to the local vet! I'd trust them more! Unprofessional, uncaring, laugh about your pain! NEVER been so embarrassed!!
