Very very unexperienced customer service Drop truck for Change the axle bushes Mechenic check on same time when I drop truck verify with me we can do it's small job and not too expensive. I received called After 3 days they give me quotation around $4000 and said to me we change only complete axle rods and bushes. another man dealer willing to change only bushes . only few good people to deal with at Penske.... Choose wisely avoiding extra cost from unexperienced customer service .

Biggest fraud ripping of place.Check your truck before you pay.They just make the invoices jobs are never done properly.● They will charge you thousands of dollars for doing nothing.It's been more than a month I'm trying to contact them no response.I email them many times but no one contacted me to short out the problem.Manager send me email 1 month ago that someone will contact you shortly

Great service, great availability of parts, not much discount for a reseller or trade and they do not answer the phone very efficiently at times. The store man out the back bends over backwards to try and help you is very efficient, friendly and helpful and they pick up area is run particularily efficiently so you don't get the wrong parts or have to wait too long for your part. But they are working out of an antiquated building that is at least 20 years too old, trying to fit 3 or 4 brands of truck plus parts as well as a run workshop to repair Detroit engines!! Clayton as parts manager is also making a positive impact to the working & sales environment.

What can I say about penske. We bought a truck from them. The troubles started before we got it. Was a month late, after sales service isn't the best. I could go on but won't. Will not buy from them again!

Just stay away unless you really have to go, even then just speak with Andrew. Very rude and unprofessional workshop besides 1 or 2 guys in there. Which is like winning a lotto if they happen to be working on your truck.

Very crappy serviceRemoved truck from workshop after finding out they couldn't rebuild my horton.Got a smartass remark when i left the office saying best of luck" as i walked away.Will do my best to not take my truck anywhere near them."
