We had Alex come around to do a clean on our split system - he was absolutely awesome with my partner and dog. The system worked 100% better after Alex’s work. We were so impressed, we took them up on coming back for the additional mold treatment - Alex was once again fantastic. His professionalism and general attitude was a credit to Valley Air Conditioning and the work was unquestionable! Thank you!

We recently had a 5 head split system installed in my daughter's town house by Valley air. From the first meeting with Peter for a quote to the last bit of cleaning up done by the installers, we could not have been happier. Great communication, punctual, quality workmanship, attention to detail, the whole package. If you live in the Newcastle area, you simply can't go past Valley air.

Valley Air installed our system and services it every year. This year, only three months after it was serviced, a split system unit started leaking inside our home, destroying a valuable rug and damaging other furniture. They tell me I will have to wait for 9 days to get a technician out to it, during which time there will be more damage. Very unprofessional lack of customer responsiveness - and poor quality servicing if this happens so soon after a full service. I regret ever using them.

My property manager booked Valley AC when I reported a Faulty Air Con unit. The office was polite and professional with their communication, the tradesmen turned up on time or earlier for the diagnosis and eventual replacement and Jamie and his team doing the installation were polite, engaging, passionate and made sure the property was as clean as it was when they got there. Full credit to the culture of the company when they're making sure every bit of wiring insulation is picked out of the grass on the driveway. Not sure what the cost was but there's a culture in this company that cares about the customer and that's priceless. Well done team Valley AC.

We purchased a Fujitsu Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning system for our rental property. We were really impressed with the service - beginning with the first phonecall, the quote by Peter and the installation by Jake and Michael.Jake and Michael turned up on time, were very polite and professional and completed the installation very efficiently, cleaning up and removing all the packaging, leaving nothing for us to do. Jake ran through operating instructions with the tenants. They were the friendliest workmen - Valley Air Conditioningare lucky to have such a fantastic team! Rhyan was professional, committed to getting the job done even though it ran over time of cleaning the split system AC unit didnt want to leave until the job was 110% completed which we are grateful for.
