Gemtree originally appointed Orbitel to upgrade the phone system and Adam made the transition seamless. At the time, I had been getting more and more frustrated with our existing IT service provider and discussed with Adam the possibility of switching to Orbitel. As with the phone system, Adam listened to my frustrations, gained a detailed understanding of our requirements, and came up with the ideal solution which included going to the cloud, something that should have happened a long time ago. Appointing Orbitel has been one of the best decisions that Gemtree has made. They are on the front foot 24/7 keeping a close eye on our network, and the personal care and support that we get is second to none.
