Very helpful staff, positive environment, all the equipment needed to reach your goals and the know-how from staff to use the equipment properly. I recommend this gym to everyone I know. The opening hours are great for my schedule but might be a problem for others. In my personal experience this gym has been perfect for my needs.. 26kg down and muscle tone on its way. Thanks to all of the staff at spectrum! ~ Danielle

Love this gym! Qualified friendly staff and great equipment. Love the option of the outdoor training as well as being able to use the fully equipped gym. Great place to exercise and feel comfortable, without feeling intimated or out of place!

I absolutely love The environment Spectrum Gym offers its members. They offer awesome group programs which I attend on a regular basis and will always keep coming to them. Their weights and cardio rooms have all you could wish for. Not to mention the staff whom are extremely helpful and knowledgeable they could not have impressed me more. I highly recommend everyone to come to my gym! See you there.
