Karin Tesch Remedial Massage & Pilates

Karin has been our (me and my husband) massage therapist for several years. She also practices craniosacral therapy which is very beneficial for me. She can do home visits as well which was very helpful at some stage. I have been to some of her Pilates classes as well and found her very professional and attentive, and felt I was in very safe hands. I highly recommend Karin's services as a very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy practitioner!

We have been doing a regular group session of reformer pilates with Karin for a couple of years. She knows how to work within your limits but to also challenge you to improve each week. Her friendly personality makes the sessions fun and rewarding. She takes the time to assess your body and adjusts the exercises to suit you and your ability. I wasn’t sure what I’d physically be able to do a few months after having my youngest but this was exactly what I needed. Our group varies in ages and fitness abilities but she makes it work for everyone. Karin focuses on perfect technique so you get the best out of each session. She has been very accommodating of me bringing my children when I need to, which I’m very grateful for. I’ve also had some amazing massages with Karin. She knows what your body needs and you walk out feeling better than ever.

Karin has magic hands! I have had many niggles and injuries over the years, which Karin has assisted me in overcoming and managing. I highly recommend her services.
