Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys, they really know their stuff.After two visits to a big name Jeep dealer and a lot of dollars, they were no closer to fixing the ominous noise that was getting worse, and actually suggested I keep driving it until it died.Five minutes at 4 Wheel Drive USA and they said they were pretty sure they knew what it was, and had seen this a number of times before. I dropped the Jeep off to them for a day and it was fixed for less than the cost of the previous fruitless visits to the other dealer. The cost was at the lower end of their estimate, and the Jeep was ready when they said it would be.Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back here again!

Had to get the clutch, rear main seal, transmission oil and transfer oil changed in my 2 Dr JK. I wanted to do the work myself, but I ended up losing my cool, but I had already bought the clutch and oils to service the transfer and gearbox. Contacted 4wd USA, booked it in for a Tuesday. Honestly, I was a painful customer, dropped the car off late, dropped details on them last minute, brought my own materials (Including the wrong rear main seal). And their professionalism was second to none, got the job done in less time and less $$ than what I expected. Couldn’t be happier with their work, would recommend to anyone who needs work done.

The most rude person I have ever met

Rudest and most arrogant mechanic ever with zero customer service. I even wonder how he gets positive review possibly family and friends, will never recommend to anyone.

Done my transmission and torque converter at a very honest price. The shop screams I love JEEP. Daniel picked up things straight away that another JEEP company did not pick up despite having my car serviced a couple of weeks before. Daniel offered me the choice between minimum priced parts or premium with the part that needed replaced. I actually can't wait to get some mods done at this place and my next service.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! They have come to our rescue on more than one occasion. Recently we have had a nightmare run with our '04 Jeep TJ Wrangler having the rear axle bearing go and then the clutch. 4WD USA were able to squeeze us in last minute on both occasions and managed to fixed the issues within a day. They do not overcharge for parts and their workmanship cannot be faulted.Thanks so much guys.
