Normally great service at the front desk and friendly people on the phones.Please update your hours. I even rang customer service to confirm Tuggeranong Parcel Locker hours on Saturday’s before arriving today to find they gave me the incorrect hours. Not open on Saturday but I was told 9:30-1:30. Your business hours need to be updated on your collection cards. It’s not that hard to update your hours on google either! It’s really frustrating to drive 20 minutes to find you are closed regardless of 3 sources of information that say you are “open”. Sort it out.

i received a missed delivery card which told me i could collect my parcel on saturday morning only to find out when i got there it was closed, the card was showing the incorrect information . i am going see my parcel returned to the supplier because of your incompetence and inconsideration as i can get there before 6pm nor am i able to be there at 6am.
