Food was gr8. But the holding bay where you wait for orders was too close to the collection window. So if you have a dual cab or similar you won't get thrust.

This was the most disgusting family meal we have ever had, I can't believe we paid $50 for this unfresh, soft and soggy fries, stale cold burgers which felt like they had been left to sit, the nuggets felt like the had been re-heated and has made me sick, I couldn't even finish my meal it was so foul, I threw it in the bin, this makes me upset because I hate wasting food. At the window they told me they had no more big bottles of water left and I was given pop top waters, nothing was done with the price difference, I felt ripped off because they didn't offer a price adjustment. The cajun sauce was oily, and out of expiry date. I am very disappointed with this order and the service.

GOOD COFFEE SERVED WITH A SMILE!Hubby and I used the app to get a coffee in store. The time from ordering from the app to picking it up in store was lengthy. Over a 7 minute wait for 2 long blacks. That was the only criticism and not sure if it’s an app issue or store issue. Hence the loss of 1star.The store itself was large and appeared clean.The coffee was superb and served with a smile.Interesting to note that the price of a medium long black was $4.85 aud compared to $4.50 aud on the Gold Coast...LOVED that the served our coffee in 2 cups as it was hot to carry. Thank you!!!

The service from Febe is welcoming, she keeps the front looking clean and presentable and also helps at the kiosk and serves with a smile. You won't be able to miss her ad she pops up everywhere making sure everything is in working order.. great job!The tables and floors were clean and tidy upon entry. I was very impressed

Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. The staff were great and the customer service was really fast, didn’t have to wait at all. The meal was really tasty, the chips were hot and fresh, the burger was soft and warm as well.

The girl called Summer on the counter could do with an attitude adjustment and some basic customer service skills. No attempt to help serve us and then gets a chip on her shoulder when we had to go back and point out our order was incorrect for two items. She then throws replaced items across the counter to us, no apology for the stuff up, no smile and clearly doesn't want to be there. Seems inept management are training these so called staff" who have zero standards. Most of the workers standing around sipping on their drinks and coffees behind the counter than being willing to serve

Ahh this place clearly has a lack of management. It’s slowly getting worse and worse. It’s either missing burgers or grossly under filled chips which is nothing but ripping customers off. It’s really not hard to train your team to be polite, present each meal with quality and consistency. Even though it’s a fast food chain business ethics should apply.

I recently visited a McDonald's Maroochydore with high hopes of enjoying a quick and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, my experience left me utterly disappointed due to the poor customer service and the disappointing quality of the food served.the customer service I encountered at this particular McDonald's was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.the food itself was of noticeably low quality. The burger I received was far from the appetizing image depicted in the advertisements. The patty appeared overcooked and dry, lacking any juiciness or flavor. The accompanying lettuce and tomatoes were wilted, clearly not fresh. It was evident that the food had been sitting out for a while, as it lacked the warm and fresh appeal one would expect from a fast-food establishment.It is disheartening to witness such a decline in the quality of both customer service and food at McDonald's.
