I live just across the road from this place and get food from there every second day. The food is really good value for money. A half a chicken and chips is only $11 and you can get 2 salads for only $2 more. The actual chickens are huge and you get a hell of a lot of chips. I find that sometimes I can't finish it all. I call first and then go pick it up 5 minutes later. The chicken tastes great and their chips are very very good. I've never experienced anything the bad reviews are talking about such as cold chips etc and I go there quite a lot. The lady who runs the place is a little shy but she's a really sweet woman who works hard. I recommend this place highly.

I've been twice to this store. The first time they had no chickens, and the second time the doors were locked closed when they were supposed to be open. No signs up and no one answered the phone. Will never try there again

Bought charcoal chicken and chips for the family tonight from here despite some of the previous reviews and found the place to be very clean, quick, and quite tasty. One of the better chicken shops around as the chips and chicken were salted just the right amount.

The chicken that I had was dry and tasted old. The chips where over-salted and stale tasting. The salad tasted old and the bread used in it was stale. The customer service was okay but a little standoffish.

The chips were cold and soggy, gravy has no taste and the chicken was dry! Overall a very unsatisfying experience, will not be coming back.!

I was worried when I first walked in seeing no chicken cooking and the place empty with no staff to be found . Then a young Chinese girl came out to serve me , I was shocked by the prices of the food ! Very expensive for chicken sitting in a baimare with foil covering it , surrounded by burnt pumpkin!When I ask to pay via card she pulls out a merchant facility from under the counter . Really !?!While waiting for my food , with no Tv or music playing another Asian girl walks out and they begin chatting in Chinese and laughingSorry girls your running a business not play school !

The chicken was moist in the hind parts, but really dry breast, everything else we got was below average. The chips were old, dry, and stale, the gravy was tastless, but had a hint of rosemary, and the caesar salad had stale, bread croutons some that were burnt on top and nil dressing. Maybe it was the day, but I would not recommend.
