Came in early Jan 2020 with a persistent pain in wrist after a bycicle accident in July 2019. I thought I was doomed to chronic pain.Paul Boys gave me the right exercises and guided me in a 3 months process to recover. Every single advise proved to be right. He must know something.

I am attending sessions at GPC for patellofemoral pain syndrome and have been very happy with my recovery. Paul is very knowledgeable and has helped me to strengthen areas to rebalance my knee. I would highly recommend this physio. Thanks!

Paul and his team at Gladesville Physiotherapy have been just great with my family and for me. Having now been through 2 rounds of ankle surgery each time needing months of recovery and then rehab Paul has helped me regain mobility and strength. He has a taken a consultative approach and explained what was needed each step of the way. I can highly recommend him for his results, approach and dedication to your well-being.

Paul and Sam have been helping my 93 year old mum who has Parkinsons for the past few years to keep her mobile and active. They have also been of great help in treating vertigo resulting from crystals in her ears moving. I recommend them both and this practice for their caring attitude and results.

I saw Paul recently for a chronic running related issue. He gave me very practical advice and help with some dry needling (which I found to be very helpful!). He's the sort of physio that you know has a ton of valuable experience he's able to draw from.
