Sensational Kids Kensington

If you are looking for an experienced, engaging and supportive therapist, look no further. My 9yo autistic son has been doing OT and Speech therapies for 4 months at Sensational Kids and it has been a brilliant experience.The facilities are better than anywhere we have been before with the OT rooms packed with movement and sensory equipment. My son loves the cocoon swing!Even during the pandemic restricted online video sessions the therapists have managed to totally engage my son. He truly enjoys his sessions.I can't speak highly enough of this wonderful team of specialists and the lovely reception team who all help to create such a friendly environment.Thank you Sensational Kids!

Spend so much money on nothing. A report which gave me nothing (I didnt need or want a report but then insist on an expensive report for first session- just wanting help with hand writing). No help at all for my son even after a few sessions - still assessing then a change of worker and forced to wait months. I then forgot one appointment (due to being very unwell - and really difficult times- also such a large gap after waiting when the worker left. Greedy company who are don't seem to accept cancellations even under the worst circumstances. They will try to take full payments and bully you about it. Of course is someone is not showing up again and again fair enough but agreed to discuss cancellation fee over the phone but then never called back as they agreed to. Next thing we know - getting contacted by a debt collection over one cancellation fee. During a pandemic -shame on you! I already handed over so much money and have received nothing from your service. Thanks for causing more stress and for not helping my son during a pandemic.

Contrary to the website, there are no group sessions on offer unfortunately.

My son has attended the Kensington clinic in the past and has returned again for further therapy. The therapists have always been very supportive, knowledgeable and professional. The admin staff have always been very courteous, friendly and eager to assist. My son loves attending the clinic and his therapy sessions.

So disappointed.
