Dr Tan has looked after dad really and made him feel very comfortable withe his treatment. The staff members here were very accommodating and Faraz was nice.

Dr Ross and his team delivered exceptional customer service and insured a seem less procedure during my encounter with them. The team had great communication and informed me on all the necessary information I needed to be aware of prior to my surgery.I would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering eye surgery.

Nightmare experience today. My wife is fragile and vulnerable after brain injury but has to wait 2.5 hours to see the doctor. All patients arrived later than us finished before us and we were the last. Then, they suddenly carried out some tests without good explanation and my wife failed to do as she was exhausted. But they all charged. Our appointment time was 10am but finished 1:30pm. Can you understand this happened in Australia?

The staff at Marsden were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to find a time suitable for me to undertake surgery. They were very professional and made me feel comfortable and safe. Would happily recommend them to my friends and family or anyone wanted to have laser revision surgery.

Excellent, felt zero sensation with my procedure with Dr Kang and was comforted throughout. It was over in a very short time and it was all very helpful. My son picked me up with no issues and I am very happy.

Recently I had a nasty eye scare and was able to be seen the following day at Marsden Eye Specialists, Parramatta. From the receptionist Rita, the lovely lady on first floor who guided patients, the gentle ophthalmologists who did a range of tests and then seen by specialist Doctor Samuel Dance, all within a couple of hours, I couldn't fault this practice. Highly recommended for wonderful service.

I have been a client of this practice for 37 years. I have had numerous surgeries over this period of time but am also a regular glaucoma client. Lucky for me I have the amazing Dr Agar and Dr Liew who have always been diligent and caring. The reception staff are always helpful and this is definitely a practice worth visiting.
