The heater works really well, but the smoke deflector continually drops down, and the door won't close unless you hit it. Tried the local dealer to repair it, but he blamed the manufacturer. Sent warranty claim and was told someone would be out to repair it, but that was 4 months ago.Thanks for the quick response and hope the part arrives and problem is rectified soon.

Very frustrated with the lack of service at Regency. We have been waiting nearly 12 weeks for parts to be supplied for our fireplace after the flue door and bracket warped and fell out. Every time we follow it up we are just told that they are extremely busy and haven't had a chance to do the paperwork, they will get to it soon. Last time we followed up, about 2 weeks ago, we are told it now needs to be approved by managers and they will need more photos and information on top of what we already sent them. We supplied this straight away and haven't heard a thing since. We have been through an extremely cold winter in country Vic with our main source of heating out of action. Please just remember if you are ever looking for a wood heater that Regency has absolutely atrocious aftersales support.

We had a Regency fireplace installed at our vacation home in the Poconos a little over a year ago. Since it's our second home which we use primarily during the summer, the fireplace is used only sparingly during the winter when we go there for a few days to check on the house. In less than a year the remote control ceased working. Regency agreed to replace it, but it took well over a month to do so. Less than a month later the receiving unit in the fireplace went bad leaving us to operate the unit by plugging and unplugging with no way to turn on the fan or adjust the flame. That was well over a month ago and Regency has basically said...You're beat." The part is not available until further notice. Since I'm guessing they are managing to continue to manufacture the units

I love my new Regency gas log fire. I have had it now for 3 months and it works wonderfully. It looks great - very authentic.

Had a Regency Bellerive wood fireplace installed by Russell's Heating and Cooling in Ferntree Gully Victoria Australia. They had to remove my old open fireplace and install the new insert and flu. Some of the brickwork was removed but only minimal disruption. Took approximately 4 hours from go to woah. Very impressed with the visual result and and the professional work method was much appreciated.Have used the new unit about 10 times now and all I can say is I should have done it some years ago. The fire and heat produced is excellent and very easy to start. The heat produced with minimal wood is astounding. I have a 300 sq metre house and it could easily do the whole place with ease and definitely far more efficient than the old open fire.The fan on #2 is negligible and frankly it's not used a lot other than to start the fire.All in all I am very impressed with the unit. Also note to clean and service the fan is extremely easy.

Outstanding after sales support. Upon installation of my Regency FG39 the gas flame height would not respond to button push. Justin made a special call out and remedied the problem within 20 minutes. Thanks Justin - great service much appreciated!

Very pleased with our Regency Greenfire GF900C throughout this cold winter. Operates quickly, quietly and spreads welcome warmth throughout the room, with a gentle and inviting flame. Further impressed by the speedy and courteous response to a recent technical query. Recommended.

Big thanks to Justin (Regency Fires) and Tony Raddino (Radtec). We love our Regency fireplace. After looking at many this was the most realistic fireplace. Unfortunately the fan appeared noisy and was replaced twice by the supplier who advised it was dog hair. A call to Justin was all that was needed, he put me in touch with Tony which changed our lives. The fan just needed to be adjusted and now it is super quiet. Thanks Tony you are one of the best service people I have come across. Tony even cleaned the glass. Thanks to you both. Would recommend anyone that needs their fire serviced call Tony he really knows what he is doing.

I had a GF950 installed 12 months ago. It heats my whole lounge room and looks fantastic even when its turned off. I would highly recommend a regency fireplace. When trying to get a heating solution Regency made The whole experience easy and stress free.Thank you regency
