Raymond was fantastic. Easy to talk to, explained everything that was happening, and when I needed glasses, he asked me what I wanted to do, if I only wanted one pair or sunglasses as well. Extremely professional all the way through.

have been wearing glasses for 45 years, and realy just put up with them now after going to spec savers having them fitted properly I can actually see and happy to waer them went back for the next lot couple years later same experance , great staff still best glassess ever!keep it up Cheers Baz

Thank you Specsavers. My request for new glasses was a little unusual since I send you my broken glasses after they were run over by my kayak trailer. You did an excellent job and with in 2 weeks you send me my new glasses, just in time for a big kayak tour. I love them and was really pleased with the anti glare and the tinting that takes place in bright sunlight out on the water. Your service and your pricing is second to none and you will have me as a returning customer when I find out how to break these ones.THANK YOU SPECSAVERS

Last minute appointment but they fitted me in , seen within approx 20minsPleasant ,friendly staff , approachable , knowledgeable , answered any questions I had , gave details of whole procedure, finished in reasonable timeBought two sets of glasses and some sunniesGood deal and experienceNo commercial or personal links to company or staff ( I always think good reviews are made up by friends or commercial partners but I’m just cynical)
