John Coote Carpets & Timbers installed my laminated floors. They look amazing. The quality of the finish is excellent, the layers left the house clean and tidy. Every time I contacted John Coote Carpets & Timbers the staff were polite and answered my questions promptly. I can highly recommend them. This is the second time I've used this local company for my flooring needs. There's no need to go elsewhere.

Excellent service all round.I really appreciated the help from David when I went to the store in Eastwood. His help in me deciding which carpet I felt was best for me was excellent – also in helping as I sort of had time restraint (new bed being delivered within the next two weeks of my visit).I also wanted to say how professional Mike Jordan was (in measuring the area) and the two gentlemen who laid the carpet were. There was no large roll of carpet left over.

I had such a positive experience with JCC. From the initial meet, to the time and advice that was afforded to me when I was deciding what coverings to choose. Despite my indecisiveness, I never felt a burden, but always a valued and welcome customer. The final product was superb - we love it! I am so grateful for the hard work and care that was taken. We enjoyed a great experience from start to finish with David and Catherine for our new Cavalier Bremworth bedroom carpet. It was very convenient to start the quote process online which was promptly followed up with a phone call, check measure and very competitive price. Delivery and installation was quick at such a busy time of year. Sam and his assistant arrived on time and were so neat, quick and courteous. A friend recommended I speak to Faris at John Cootes Eastwood, and I'm glad I did. He helped me choose the colour and style of my carpet, and organised for it to be installed at short notice. What a great experience dealing with all at John Coote Carpets Eastwood. From the time we walked into the shop and came away with a boot full of samples to check in our respective rooms through to the decision making and installation everyone was so friendly and professional. We got everything we asked for and more - the installation itself was carefully measured and planned out to reduce any angst or unnecessary surprises. All went like clockwork! One very happy family!

Well, all we can say John Cootes Eastwood, is thank goodness we chose your firm. Your prices were not only reasonable, you also took the time to walk through our options. At the time, we had some serious hay fever and allergies to contend with, yet you were able to help us find a carpet that met our needs.We have referred you onto many other clients, and as far as I can tell, they too were delighted with what they purchased from you.I know in this world it is impossible to please everybody, but I am very comfortable with our decision get great advice, a decent product. I will add your installer was a little eccentric - ordering a cup of tea from my wife as if he was in a cafe - that was pretty surreal, but he was working like a Trojan. I am just glad we even had tea in this coffee family, so issue averted, and installer stayed happy....Would we use your company again? The answer is certainly, but probably not for a while as the carpets wear well. And yes next time we will listen to your suggestion for a slightly darker carpet..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR CARPET INSTALLATIONS! They are super expensive and their installer was in such a hurry to get the job done he cut electrical cables and left live wires under the carpet. He left a safety hazard by using underlay that was too thin for the job, and the company's response was to tell us we'd have to pay another $60 to $70 a metre for replacement underlay and another installation fee to fix the problem.Rather than try to fix the problems they caused they accused us of not specifying a thicker underlay than the one they recommended and to charge us like wounded bulls to fix it. You can tell a lot about a company by the way they treat their customers, and carpet is a long-term investment - don't make the mistake of using John Coote Carpets in Eastwood.
