United Chemists Andergrove

Alex is extremely rude!! Her hostile and ill- mannered attitude is at the forefront of this business?? She is completely thoughtless for someone who works so closely in regards to peoples health. I genuinely hope you never need to come into this chemist and be treated so disrespectfully. Alex, what a joke!

I should have checked reviews first. Chalk me up as another unhappy customer who’s script got stuffed up. Told me my script was for 4 tablets and not 40. I went back to the Dr practice and it was the chemist in error. Practice I go to has been going back and forward to try and get my script back with no luck. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that knows how to dispense a script! Chemist Warehouse on Evans Av were much better (and not as costly!).

Got back to pharmacy at 7:05 pm just as the pharmacist and his staff were exiting the door. They had all my scripts and pension card but when I asked for at least my pension card which is very important to me back, the male pharmacist (looks like Lerch from Adams Family) refused to assist me. Not very friendly" I suggested to him. He showed no empathy towards me at all

Chemist staff are wonderful however manager's treatment of pensioners is shocking while being a customer for over ten years ...... I'm thinking of changing my pharmacy to Terry Whites who do deliverer who have accounts ....the last few years I've been getting Webster packs usually means over $40 - $50 a week so a average 80 to $100 a fortnight and because of a couple of bad customers that don't pay their bills instead of stopping their accounts .....now we all have to pay for their mistakes so the pharmacy manager has closed all accounts which means there will be weeks when I can't pick up my tablets ( Webster packs not only that their started to charge delivery which we pay for the packs to be made up so it's getting costly I just think it's unfair because of a few bad customers we all have to pay for their mistakes wouldn't it be fairer just to stop accounts on the ones that don't pay theirs.......another thing is we don't see what we are paying for anymore atleast we could see on our accounts what we are paying for ...we also don't even know what tablets we are taking anymore if you taking too many there is not enough spaceI'm not a happy customer & they don't seem to care it use to be a caring pharmacy may we need another pharmacy in Andergrove

I think this chemist has issues with morale. I had a terrible experience. None of the girls seemed to care much. Shocking service. I wont be going back to this chemist. Would rather drive another 10 km for better service.

They have a great selection of products and the store is presented well. They don’t stock the brand of pill that I prefer though.I’ve had a couple of experiences with several different staff. One of three was pleasant, the other two were either rude or stand-offish. They are always busy so perhaps it’s because they were flustered. Either way, I rather other chemists to this one.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Pharmacist can be slow but is very kind and willing to help and give information on medication.

Worst Chemist i have ever gone to, avoid this like the plague they claim CTG has to be written on the script even though its on a medicare number that is associated to the script and the script was crossed as PBS that is bull as all other chemists will search the medicare card as CTG does not show up on a hospital script but the PBS was crossed and they charged 39.90 for a 6.60 script . avoid and drive another 10km to get better service at Maloufs or terry whites. how the rude staff in the shop even have jobs is beyond me.

Sarah is the most rude and unattended person I have ever come across. Was happy to stand behind the counter and laugh and chat but when it came to serving me it seemed a chore. How do people like this keep their jobs???????DO NOT RECOMMEND
