I've frequented this shop for many years, great range of goods and friendly service.We experienced a problem with an item we bought. Their after sales service was amazing and they worked with their suppliers to resolve our problem.They were so friendly and professional.I highly recommend these guys.

Never again! I called the store on 10 Feb spoke to a lady assuring me stock for items I wanted was available. I was concerned about sizing. She assured me if sizing was not right they could be returned for a refund at the Reply Paid address. They were returned 15 Feb to Snowsport. I have tried endless phone calls, and emails to contact them regarding the refund. I have had absolutely no response at all!! I'm appalled!! BUYERSBEWARE.

Seen a bunch of ski shops on my travels in Europé! Nothing compares to Snowsport in Thredbo it's a Mecca for ski lovers! Really good website as well, highly recommended!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!I purchased a pair a cycling shorts online. Size wasn't right so i arranged to return the items by express post in November 2019. Item was received by the company but I haven't heard anything from the company regarding a refund or store credit. I emailed several times and 2 months later still no response....... I am down a pair of shorts and $100. SHOCKING customer service and lazy returns policy!

So I saw the call on Insta for more reviews. Good way to get lots of positive ones. However as someone who has actually been in the store. Sure it's nice as long as you got deep pockets and a gold card. Lots of euro ski gear designed to impress your eastern suburbs neighbour or private school buddies. Don't make the mistake of heading in without looking the part. Your ability to pay quickly assessed. The factions they stock not bad. The attitude you have to suffer to purchase not worth it.

overpriced....bad customer serviceYes definitely got the right store, the payment was processed for my jacket and then your sales staff said they need to increase the price. It was over 1k and was not on sale, saw the same jacket in Sydney this week for less.

Purchased expensive ski pants which came apart at the seam on first use. Retuned the very next day with tags and receipt. Store refused to do anything to rectify the situation. Wanted to blame me for the hole in the pants due to miss use. Shocking customer service leaving staff in the store with no decision making ability and being forced to argue with the owners over the telephone. Will never go back and was a customer for over 20 years. No credit, no refund no pants. Ruined my holiday.

Caution for buying online, purchase and shipping was quick, but size charts for POC on their site are out by about 4cm. The exchange process for returns is expensive. My polite request for included shipping on exchange item - having already had to pay for initial shipping and return shipping - did not receive a response in 3 days and its hard to judge motivations online.EDIT: Changed star review from 1, and removed complaint about shipping costs after Seb was in contact to sort out.

Was in Thredbo over Easter and my girlfriend and I got ourselves the POC Trabec helmet for trail riding. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They even made us a coffee.

Purchased cycling clothing online, great experience with prices on par with the big overseas websites. Super fast delivery and speedy, hassle free exchange when I realised I ordered the wrong size initially. Definitely won't be my last purchase from Snowsport.
