This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. $18 for a premium wash and I had to rewash it by hand when I got home. It looked like its skipping a couple of cycles or there isn’t enough water pressure to wash the detergent off properly. Most of the nozzles for the triple wax are blocked, leaving a few pathetic blue streaks of wax that did nothing and also never rinsed off properly. Finally, the spot free rinse - wasn’t.The car came out looking worse than when it went in. The one star is only because I couldn’t give it a zero.

Auto wash is not great. Left a bunch of soap on the car even after the last rinse cycle. Missed a couple of bird droppings too.

Good facilities, but I don't like the fact they automatically deduct $30 out of your account when you go cashless. For an $8 car wash it takes days to get your excess funds back.

Where do I start ? Firstly, I hate washing cars, and this one was a bit awkward to find because it is not where one would expect it to be from the street address.Then ... vacuumed the car ... put $2 in to vac a filthy falcon wagon ! Great !Now ... to master the automated coinless washing options ... it was all too hard, because I had no coins !Tried the credit card reader at the fully automated wash ... no joy !Anyway, in spite of my difficulties, a constant stream of others, seemed to have no difficulty getting 5hings happening in the self wash bays.

DO NOT USE THE EFTPOS CARD MACHINE, I put my card in because i had no cash and before i knew it $30 dollars was taken from my account, i only used $4 and the remaining was never returned. Happened to lots of people ive heard and seen. Go to the other one around the corner.

Machine failed half a minute into the auto wash.I got out to see owner who told me to go around and come in again behind the car line. Which I disagreed upon and requested my money back. To which he said he had none.I went around. Waited 10 min to get in again.He put the bug wash on the front and broke off my roo whistle with the broom.I again asked for my money back which came out of his BACK POCKET.Next time dont take me for a fool oh wait their wont be a next time.
