In The Deep Swim School

Both of my children (6yrs & 4yrs) have been swimming with In The Deep since they were babies and we are very happy there. Our son has special needs and the staff have been amazing with him. The unlimited make up lessons at no charge is such a big plus for us and we also like that they have smaller class sizes. We are big fans of the online parent portal that they have which means that instead of having to remember to call in business hours we can log in at any time and book in a make up or switch classes. Importantly not to forget that the kids love that they get ribbons when they achieve their skills!

We have been with In The Deep Swim School for more than 6 yrs since we enrolled our first child when she is 2 yrs old. We now have both girls enrolled for every school terms. Very happy with their teaching/grading system and kids friendly staff. Comes with heated indoor pool so we can attend school all year round and keep up with the learning progress.they also have intensive class during school holidays.The teaching staff are very child friendly and motivative, my children look forward to thebswim class every week.As a mum I couldn't be happier. Amazing effort.

Have had both my kids take swimming lessons here and overall the teachers and program is pretty good. The key (like anything) is to go regularly and try not to miss classes as even though they offer catch up classes, it is date restricted.

Excellent teachers. Our youngest is quite scared of the water but they have been very patient and very good at helping him get used to the water. I would definitely recommend the swim school.

Friendly instructors. Clean pool and changerooms. Low child/instructors ratio. Kidsove the ribbon reward system. Happy all around.

Great team at In The Deep, my girls have been swimming (and enjoying their lessons) with them for years.

Our son did the little squirts classes and we had no issues with the classes and thought they were great. However, we noticed in the deep had charged a swim cap to our account that we had not purchased. I went to the desk next to the pool and they said they had no authority to give a refund and to email instead. I did on 24th November and got a response on the 26th saying sorry and a refund would be applied. I then waited a bit in case there was a delay but I still had not received a refund by 8th December so I emailed again (along with asking about how to unenrol as we were planning to enrol our son in something different for 2021). I got a response regarding the unenrol but the enquiry about the refund was completely ingored.So as of mid January I still have not received a refund for something I did not purchase. I would recommend every family currently enrolled with in the deep to check their bank accounts and ensure nothing has been falsely charged to their accounts. In the deep has about 1800 children on their books so it's a good way to make extra money off their customers.

In the deep has been a revolutionary experience for my kids, all staff members have been a delight to interact with. My two kids have been really shy as baby’s and toddlers, but since being at In The Deep they have come out of their shell and started to flourish into mature pre-teens. My kids have had had Suraya multiple times and has left a memorable experience on their young lives. I whole heartedly believe that in the deep has impacted their lives for the better and recommend it to any parents looking for a enthusiastic, energetic and inclusive swim school!!!

I was originally very happy with this school. The goals were clear, the tasks were visible and my children were improving. Towards the middle of 2018 there was either a change of management or something and the school went downhill. Calls went unanswered, service was just lost. I tried to pay for the next year and for some reason kept getting fobbed off, the staff almost daring me to leave. So I did. I still believe they have a good system but without the admin and management backing it up it is not worth the hassle.
