Merlin Mosaica

I have been a customer of Merlin's for sometime now and am absolutely in love with the products. Beautiful, unusual and richly coloured, you will not find mosaic supplies like this at any other store. Alison is such a professional and everything is beautifully wrapped and individually labelled. She is also incredibly helpful and so friendly, happy to share her knowledge and give helpful tips. She has even given me advice on my website. I tried to order product while living in the United States and my order was declined. Within an actual minute, the owner herself had personally emailed me suggesting more affordable local options. She also provided me a link to more information about the usage of the product that I was trying to buy even without my asking. The customer service was extremely impressive. If they were that helpful to someone not even buying from the company, I would imagine that the customer service for actual customers would be very good. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in Australia.

Well, I was one of the lucky ones that scored a supply of glow-in-the-dark glass tesserae from Merlin Mosaico! I wanted it for a mosaic house number board that I’m doing for a friend. I haven’t got as far with it as I’d like but had to post now numerals are fine because I’m delighted with how wonderful these tiles are. They are gorgeous to look at in daylight. They are also an absolute dream to cut! I put a couple of numerals on mesh and here is a photo of them on mesh in daytime hours - but I didn’t capture their lovely iridescence in that, believe me they are! (I’m no photographer)But after I left them in the sun this arvo - I could wait to get a photo of their brilliance in the total dark of my garage on my phone! I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. They are so very “fit for purpose”! They’re good to look at in sun or in the dark - so now to finish the rest of the board I’m putting them on! Thank you so much Alison!

I placed an order and was told it would be 2 weeks, after 6 weeks of it not arriving I asked where my products were, due to this I received abuse via phone , email, facebook and texting, which was extremely distressing, the operator then cancelled my order. Even after her cancelling the order she continued with abuse right up to 11.45pm that I had to block her on everything.I would highly recommend finding the same products elsewhere like I have done to which a real business isn't taking my $400 before having the product in stock

I love this shop. Ali has unusual stuff, very pretty glass, and great tools and supplies. I just wish she would sell ceramic tiles !! She is always helpful too

Today I met the owner of Merlin Mosaics for the first time and I can not express how friendly, knowledgable and professional she was.I am relatively new to the art of mosaic, particularly using glass, and she shared so many hints, tips and ideas.The stock is extremely stylish offering a huge array of items not easily found elsewhere.Merlin Mosaics is an absolute treasure trove.So very glad I found this shop.Just brilliant.
