ABC Blinds & Awnings

Have for a long time dealt with ABC blinds and have always had excellent service. I dealt with Vee last week and her help, understanding and professionalism was beyond expectations. Nothing was ever an issue, couldn't be more happier. The products are first class and along with the installers a seamless process

I went into the shop with a broken roller part- assumed it was going to be either difficult or expensive… Tania got the exact part I needed and then proceeded to give me instructions on how to install it!! Great service!!

Short story: Happy with the blinds, they are great value for money but certainly not a high-end product. A couple of frustrations with the initial customer service, particularly for the online sister company… but my initially frustrating experience was turned into a positive one, courtesy of the very helpful and knowledgeable in-store representative Vee. Thanks Vee!!!Long story: Bought some roller blinds online (which I now realise is actually through the sister company to ABC Blinds, namely Half Price Blinds…or at least I think that’s how it works?). Blinds were exact as ordered and happy with them. However the mounting brackets supplied (I opted for self-installation) were not correct, which was a bit frustrating as it was a click-and-collect in-store pick up. Couldn’t get through on the phone so emailed and got a confirmation that the correct brackets were now ready to be collected (which was a bit frustrating as I had requested they be posted out, as I was in hospital with my wife after she gave birth to our first baby - so I didn’t really want to be driving around chasing things but not the end of the world). Went into the store and asked about the order - two of the staff on the front desk didn’t have much of an idea about the order and had no suggestions on how to help…this was quite annoying but it could of just been lack of patience on my part given the few hours of sleep I’d had with a new baby. Then another sales representative (Vee - total legend!!!) stepped in to help and went out the back to find the correct brackets for my order (which it turns out hasn’t been shipped at all, but there were spares in stock). Went home and self-installed no issues - it is a very simple and handy system to install. If you are even part-way practical with a drill, hammer and screwdriver you can install these (roller blinds) yourself in ~30mins. No need to pay for installation in my opinion. The blinds themselves are exactly what I ordered and expected - not a luxury product by any stretch of the imagination (I ordered roller blinds), but they look nice and are easy to use. Reading between the lines it sounds like the mistake with the order (brackets) is not uncommon…but, overall for what I purchased, at such a low cost, even given the slight inconvenience it’s been an experience I would go through again. Perhaps just ask for Vee if possible, she was a great help. Note: I picked up from Osborne Park store…

Too many issues to list... but cancelled appointments, phone calls never returned, forgetting to tell the installer they were battery powered curtains only to then be told by the installer they can't be battery powered so need to be re-done again as manual. Took months of disappointment before finally getting it installed. So many days lost off work as a result.Unfortunately know of several people who had the same issues with cancelled appointments and poor installations... so not an isolated event.

Tania was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Offered great solutions to resolve the issue and provided spare parts to trial and be sure we had everything back to working order for our vertical blinds. A pleasure to deal with ABC Blinds and no doubt, will do so again in the future. Thank you.

Enquired about buying some blinds at the Osborne Park store. A lady named Tania served me and was extremely helpful. I wish more sales staff were as genuine, friendly and well versed in their range of products.

I recently received excellent service from Marta at ABC Blinds Osborne Park. I brought my old roller blind problem to Marta and she resolved it immediately. I would recommend ABC to anyone based on my positive experience.

Carl Harrison was absolutely wonderful with his work. After not being told the correct information regarding what components of my curtains were on site, he took time out of his long weekend to sort me out and did a beautiful job. Absolutely a stand out. He's a gem!Unfortunately, my experience with the rest of ABC Blinds hasn't been the best. Multiple installers all arriving with some parts, not enough parts, standing on an essastone benchtop (likely to break), blinds cut to the wrong size or damaged on arrival.
