Professional, well presented and efficient. Didn't think a zip on a jacket would cost more than50 bucks but worth it!. They also held onto my garment for 3 months with no extra charge... good service.

I sent a few shirts for ironing only, the staff told me that I am able to collect them within an hour. I was impressed but when I collected those shirts. That was the WORST ironing ever in my whole life, still wrinkles all over the shirts. I can do better ironing at home than this place. Those shirts have no bagging, no button-up and she put 2 shirts in 1 hanger. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED anyone goes to this place for ironing. THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, I will definitely not go back to this place.

NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. POOR QUALITY.As soon as I saw the dress on the hanger .... I realised what a disaster they have done to the dress... they have no idea how to alter dresses. Maybe can fix the length of pants but that is as far as I will give them. they ruined my dress by cutting the fabric and sewing it and she wasn't even admitting she did a wrong job. all she was saying I will refund your money! well I had to get the full price of the dress from you not the alteration fee cause I have to but the dress again. Who on earth will Iron a pleated dress! Her comment was your dress was complicated! .... Dont accept a job and cut the fabric where it is not in your expertise!!!!

POOR QUALITY & WASTE MONEY AS SHORT THE TROUSERS JUST BY CUTTING!When I saw the Jeans my husband helped me to pick up ..... I realised what a disaster they have done to the Jeans... they have no idea how to alter trousers. I requested to fix the length of pants but they just ruined my Jean by cutting the fabric. She wasn't even sewing and admitting she did a wrong job. To be honest, I can cut it by myself! Then why I pay $30 to ask her to just cut my Jean???!!! Don’t accept a job and cut the fabric where it is not in your expertise!!!!

Paid $45 just to shorten a pair of pants for a job interview and they end up making my calf area too tight, so now I have spend more money to buy a new pair. At first, I was told me to come back in 1.5hr to pick it up, fortunately I returned only 30 minutes later to find not only was my pants finished but the person was on their phone and didn't bother to at least call me.

Went to them to resize my jeans, was really nervous because those jeans were expensive yet had stretched and were too big. Got it back 3 days later and I love it!It was perfect! The fit was perfect, the workmanship was perfect. It was beyond what i had originally expected, the only give away that anything had been done to it was the colour of the thread they had use to sew it. They used a dark coloured thread instead of the original light brownish thread against my dark blue jeans.I was inspecting their work and I nearly couldnt spot where they had altered, the only reason i knew where to look was because i knew where the seamtess had pinned.I am very impressed and definitely would recommend ( i am hard to impress). Worth the money and worth the wait.

I used this service to alter my suit and it was terrible.The sleeve seams were not properly ironed after the alteration, neither were the pants. Surprisingly the woman at the counter did not admit at all. I had to argue that I were not paying to make my clothes look cheaper.

I altered my suit there. The overall outcome was average, which means no disastrous effect. But I do want to warn the customers that my experience wasn't good due to the unprofessional customer service. The shop owner or manager ignored the mistake and talked back. I'm sure no customer would expect that. I paid in full in advance and assumed that the customer service and the alteration quality were at the standard of the franchise's brand. But I was wrong.

Worst dry clean store ever! The skirt you took was not cleaned at all but became more dirty? Do not admit your fault and waste a very long time to shirk responsibility! Since you are operating in a shopping mall, you should have a high standard. An ordinary dress cannot be dry cleaned, so why continue to open for business?
