Pump is tiny! Isn't as smart as some of the others out there, and software is promised to help but it has helped immensely and is very easy to use and pocket. Support is also amazing - had a small issue with one pump and they replaced it within a day.

Very bad experience, sales manager promised I would be able to manage the delivery of insulin with my Apple phone in November 2021. We are in May 22 and the software up date is not active, no one can inform when it will happen. Sales manager also promised Dexcom CGM for trial what never happen, she offer no apologies or ways to fix the issue. The pump stops all the time, I had more than too many errors with this machine. This pump is not a good choice
