FONE WIZARD

I have a Samsung a22 and smashed the screen. I contacted Fone Wizard and they supply original Samsung screens. 40 minutes later I have a brand new screen and screen protector fitted. I'm very happy with the service and quality. They know what they are doing. It's like I have a brand new phone and 12 months warranty aswell. Thank you Fone Wizard.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!On the 2nd March I purchased a protective phone cover from Fone Wizard. When speaking the shop assistant/owner I explained that I needed a product that would protect my phone if it was dropped. The lady sold me the 'Otter Symmetry IPh7/8 Clear for $59.95. She told me that it was the number one shock proof product on the market and that it would definitely protect my phone if it was dropped. One month later i dropped my phone, It hit the floor and the back of my IPhone shattered. I went staight to Fone Wizard with my receipt and explained to them that the product they sold me did not protect my phone and that I would like them to repair it. I was told that they did not accept any responsibility for the products they sell and that if i had a problem I would have to take it up with the supplier. I insisted that I was not happy with their response and I was told that that owner would call me that afternoon to discuss. 3 Days went by and the owner did not call. I went back to Fone wizard and showed them the department fair Trading Website and explained that Fone Wizard were responsible for selling me a product that did not live up to its expectations. Again she argued with me and said that they were not responsible for any of their products. I became upset and demanded to speak to the owner. Later that afternoon the owner rang me. I explained the situation to him. I said that all i wanted was for Fone Wizard to fix the back of my phone as the product they sold me did not do its job...especially since I made it very clear that was the VERY REASON i bought it in the first place. His attitude towards me was terrible. He said that it was not his responsibility, he just sells the product and he can't afford to be fixing my phone it would cost him $600. He told me it wasn't his problem and to take it up with the supplier. I said I would take it up with Dept Fair trading he said he didn't care, to go for it. NOT FAIR AND REASONABLE!!!

Just wanted to say thank you to Fone Wizard for the wonderful, prompt and trustworthy service I received yesterday. Prior to coming to phone wizard I was told I had a cracked lense on my camera and this would need to be replaced as well as the glass that was shattered and would have to wait for the lense to be delivered which would take up 2 5 or more days. Due to not being able to wait that long I took my phone to Fone wizard. This is my first experience as a customer. I asked if the lense would need to be replaced and they said they would check if there is any possible glass that may need to be cleansed first as glass may be the cause of the blurred focusing. Thank goodness this was the case and no new lense was required just replacement of the glass cover. Had I gone ahead with the initial phone repair I would have paid an approx $110 more than needed and wasn't even required to be replaced. Thank you so very much Sir for your diligence and honesty. I will definately highly recommend Fone Wizard and I am confident of being an ongoing customer for any future phone repairs and needs.

These guys are the real deal trustworthy business. I bring all my devices here only because they only sell genuine and quality gear. Yesterday my newly installed Note8 screen malfunctioned (wasn't calibrated properly from Samsung). The owner opened the device and physically showed me inside the phone that all parts his store installed were 100% genuine and then replaced the screen along with the expensive screen protector which I had on the faulty screen. THE POINT IS: THEY GARANTEE THEIR SERVICE AND PRODUCTS unlike many other street stalls out there.Thank you for rectifying the situation 100%. Trustworthy businesses are fewer and fewer these days. Fone Wizard is a business which can be trusted.

Saying I’m unhappy is an understatement! Took my phone in to replace screen they charged me $240 including a screen protector , whilst they were fixing it they managed to lock the phone and I had to connect it iTunes to unlock it , they also told me if I had any problems come back in. I went home unlocked it and lines kept showing on the screen. As I don’t live locally I couldn’t get back here till a week later, I returned with the phone and my receipt and they continuously tried to blame me saying I dropped it and refused to give me a refund. He said he would take care of me and wanted me to pay another $90 replace it!

Can't speak highly enough of the Fone Wizard team from the boss right down to the sales staff. Have had to visit twice in a month to get my screen fixed as my dog seems to think it's a chew toy and they have been beyond fantastic on both occasions even to the point of ordering in parts for me. Would not take my devices anywhere else. Cheers guys and thank you for another amazing job.

I went to get the back of my IPhone 12 Pro Max repaired as it was cracked. In doing so the technician cracked the front of my screen. They replaced the front of the screen of course without charge however it was not the correct screen (Cheap version, colour was off and does not cover the entire screen bezel). They ordered a new one for me and I went back to get it replaced again and still had some other issues (Screen was constantly turning off and on). I went back for the 3rd time and they replaced it again.Now as I appreciate the effort to fix their mistake and try to rectify my issue my phone screen is constantly freezing, sometimes it does not register anything when I touch the screen and now the battery is draining a lot faster. I'm forced to go buy a new phone because I legitemately do not have the time to keep going back and fourth trying to fix my phone.I don't know if this happens often or was just my case, but Im extremely frustrated and wish I just left the back cracked I would not have needed to replace my entire phone altogether.

Very helpful! Side button of my phone was stuck/sticky, and they fixed it on the spot immediately. That was after a $180 quote from another shop. Working perfect now. Thanks so much! Will use the Phone Wizard for all my other phone issues. Thanks!

The vulgar owner at the Narellan Shopping Centre store sold me a protective iPad screen-cover for $50, packaged in a ‘protective’ cardboard case that let the item completely shatter under the weight of clothes in a shopping bag. When I took it up with him respectfully, he gave me thug attitude in front of my two young daughters, a 12yo and 10yo. When I warned him not to try intimidating me in front of my two children, he pointed to his knuckles to show me what happened from the face of the last guy who spoke to him like that. I told him again to watch his attitude in front of my children, so he proceeded to invite me outside, again in an intimidating manner. When I accepted, he kept on mouthing off from behind his shop counter like a cheating cowardly thug, trying to provoke me so he can call the police, while traumatising children. He then called security, after I left. I won’t be shopping at any Fone Wizard store again, since this is their standard of franchisees. This guys should not be allowed to clean streets, let alone run a store in a shopping centre. If he does this for an item that he sells doe $50, but probably buys for $10, imagine how he would behave for more money, especially with women, elderly or someone else vulnerable?Check other reviews below and you won’t make the same mistake I did. Beware of reviews he probably ordered himself to offset the negative ones.
