She meeted us with a smile at the airport and quickly hooked us up all with SIM cards for our mobile phones. Shelley also helped us find the perfect school for our eldest child. To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. Shelley helped us relocate from the UK to Brisbane with our young family recently. It was one of the smoothest moves overseas we have ever done - given this time we have three small children, that is saying something!! We moved straight into a rental house, were able to order car seats ahead of time and get these fitted into the hire car and have hire furniture organised while our belongings were shipped from the UK. Shelley goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. She was happy to answer any questions we had at any stage of the process. Any move is daunting however Shelley was able to help us navigate everything and signpost us to getting medicare, drivers licenses and utilities set up. We arrived in Australia just over 3 years ago. We were a family of 5 (now 6 plus puppy) and 2 of our children have ASD so making such a huge move was very stressful for them.
