Rudest receptionist, typical medical receptionist who is rude from the get go. I would rather wait an hour at Balgowlah than go to frenchs forest again.

Always a great experience taking my autistic son here to have his bloods taken on a regular basis due to a medical condition. Staff are patient, friendly, thorough and accommodating.

They made an error on my test and I had to return.. it was a 2 hour blood test. Very frustrating, after I had pointed out what was required on the day.
