Toms pest control were professional providing educated advice and solving the issue within a reasonable time frame.

I feel that the people that work for Tom's pest control were great, easy to deal with and professional for that reason I would recommend the service but I wouldn't recommend paying for rodent based extermination. The service took about 10 to 15 minutes all up and cost me $300. It wasn't worth the money and I felt the service was poor. When booking I was told the $300 includes a full extermination process done to the entire inside, outside and roof spaces. But in reality the 10-15 minute service was focused on places I pointed out as possible spots for where mice may have been. I'm no professional and I'm disappointed more wasn't done. To save on the $300 I should have organised off the shelf products and layed them around the house myself.

Good communication and on time. The exterminator was very thorough and carried out the necessary requirements without any fuss or disruption to the household.

Gaige was a lovely fellow on time and polite, did an excellent job, thanks.Prices reasonable, however, should have different prices for tiny apartments. It only took not even 10 minutes. Our place is small.Overall highly recommend Toms.

$279 inspection is STEEP. I was told by the receptionist that the inspection included a written report. I booked in for an inspection and written report for 1 bedroom, open plan living kitchen dining room and small backyard for my single story townhouse. It took about 5mins maximum for the inspection with the infra-red device. Still waiting for them to send my report 3 weeks later. Overpriced. I wouldn't recommend.

Professional, friendly, timely call back following online query. Booked in for same day, arrived when they said they would. Online billing system simple and efficient. Can't ask for more than that in a service provider :)

Tom's Pest Control were able to get to my mum's quickly within the same week of me calling. They were on time and great at explaining the process. They completed the job efficiently and effectively.

Found Gaige to be pleasant and very clear with his advice and information.He undertook the extermination of the wasps with efficiency and in an effective way.
