Firstly, believe you would be the most respected hearing clinic but truely think you should spend more money on office training than marketing. They messed us around so much and cost us for dr's appointments then implied it was our fault for not reading their information emailed. We did exactly what the receptionist told us and said that the dr's referral and paperwork had to be filled in when our appointments was due. We cancelled and now will choose another less respected company. Not happy

Am extremely happy with all the service I have had at this clinic, any time I have attended the staff have gone out of their way to sort any problems I may have had and ensured that my hearing aids are properly tuned for my particular hearing . Always good advice and after sales service.
