I was initially skeptical using Tixel, after reading the negative feedback.I ended up purchasing a F1 GP ticket for Melbourne though Tixel.Some ads looked a bit dodgy. Purchased a ticket from a Verified Seller, with instant download. All went well and my friend was able to watch the event after specifically flying in from Europe for the event.Happy days!Will use again.

Tixel used to be decent but now it is dodgy. I was told by tixel I have to resell my tickets for a rescheduled event when there was a clear refund policy from the original vendor for event cancellation or rescheduling. I had to insist on receiving a refund, and now have been waiting for 2 months. Their response is always that they are looking into it. In the past, these transactions and conversations with them were easy!!

I was sceptical in buying off a third party website. I started reading reviews after I purchased them which made me worried I wouldn't get into the event as the ticket didn't have my name on it. It is a safe way of purchasing, customer service team reply via email and my tickets worked at the gate as the sellers were trustworthy. My only issue was if multiple people sold the same ticket, and the fact they keep a fee for selling and buying tickets

Had a difficult experience with a seller having listed their ticket on another site and sold it twice by mistake. I wrote to Tixel and received a personal phone call from one of their support team to fix the problem.Buying second hand tickets comes with its risks but Tixel go above and beyond to protect the buyer. Brilliant service and would recommend over any other resale website.

I have sent 3 emails to tixel trying to understand how my name gets changed on a ticket that requires your name at entry. Not only that the seller has been contacting them also and no one responds. We are flying overseas for this concert and don’t even know if we will be allowed in. Terrible customer service and zero care for their customers it seems. I don’t normally post reviews but after sending 3 requests for support, messaging on socials this is a last resort for someone to pay attention

Tixel used to be great but nowadays there are lots of issues, from the difficult resale process especially when trying to resell tickets through Ticketmaster (I had one of my tickets forwarded to them and it had been accepted on their end but the link in their email to list didn't work and I lost out on the sale of $206 ticket) and they DO NOT get back to emails or the contact form in a timely manner. I have found on multiple occasions too that they actually seem to ignore your emails if you ask for a refund or try to find out what happened to your missing ticket.Lesson - Used to be great to use, but not anymore and so not worth the dram anymore

At day of event Tixel would not pull up the barcode and the event place refused entry. Had they not found the original buyer on a list we would have never made it in.Would not recommend company

Utterly useless seller contacted me to get the original ticket as there system didn't work USE WITH EXTREME CAUTION, same service as PALPAL, they only want to handle the money they wont handle the ticket. So only a cash grab to handle your money

I had an issue with my ticket for the F1 Grand Prix as the seller never transferred to me and got very nervous the day of the event. I submitted an enquiry to Tixel online and they got back to me within hours. Not only did they assist me with my enquiry but they gave me a significant grandstand upgrade with no additional cost. Truly incredible customer service to fix a problem not within their control and go above and beyond. Can not recommend them enough!
