Serenity Nails and Beauty Bar Knightsbridge

I really liked how Cathy was patient with me when I didn't know exactly what I wanted. She helped figure out what I liked best and was not rude or impatient at all. I really appreciated that. My nails looks really nice and I'm happy with the result.

Nails were good but horrible service from the owner who just made a lady cry and leave the salon after accusing her of going elsewhere. This poor lady had just come out of hospital and was refused service and totally embarrassed by the owner, I don’t know what to say. It was really upsetting to see

Please do not go to this nail salon.they are very rough and have removed so much skin from my toe that it bled and is swollen.I also received half done pedicure.When told the owner that her staff have hurt my toe and did not do a good job,she laughed and then gave me an insincere apology and the staff stared at me as if she was going to hit me.Very uncomfortable and shocked to see lack of quality and decency in Knightsbridge .please don't go unless you want to spend money on foot /hand recovery after incompetent and rude staff at this place.They still charged me full price.

I have never been spoken to so badly by anyone ever. I was admitted into hospital on the 8th of February 2023and discharged on the 14th of April 2023. After spending just over 9 weeks in hospital all I wanted to do on Monday 17 April 2023 was to have my nails done. The owner of this salon accused me of going somewhere else(I’m quite amused that she thinks hospital’s have nail salons), called me a liar and said that she has never met me in her whole life. I told her that I supposed I look a bit different because I have significant hair loss and was wearing a head scarf. I told her that I had been coming to her salon for almost a year and she completely raised her voice shouting that no-one in the salon is going to do my nails and that I needed to leave and that I was not welcome there any longer. She repeatedly shouted at me saying that I was a liar and that she had never met me. One thing I remembered was that during the December and January school holidays the owner had her young daughter in the salon helping wherever she could. I would only have remembered that if I was actually in the salon having my nails done. I would also like to say thank you to the women in the salon at the same time that I was there for their kindness and asking me if I needed any help. I will never go back to this salon. I was in such severe shock with what happened and that another person could be so utterly mean, rude and disrespectful. I feel so disappointed and so disgusted with her behaviour towards me.

I don't know why is the problem with most of these salons. The hygiene and lack and manners of staff is appalling. It probably has a lot to do with having different cultures by those who work there. I have not found the salon I feel comfortable with. One salon in Kellyville infected my nails with fungus. Not good enough standards.

A very pleasant experience!Great service, very professional.Although it was a very busy afternoon for them, it wasn’t a rushed job, (like other places I’ve been to.)Loved the hot rocks & the massage chair!I felt very pampered & my nails look fantastic!I will definitely be back.Thank you ladies x

Great manicure did my coloured French tips amazingly. she was lovely as well. Will definitely come again.

Absolutely appauling customer service.A customer was ridiculed for going elsewhere" and then called a liar whilst I was in the salon having my own nails done.I won't be back
