Fantastic building experience!We built our first home with Avondale, fixed price, fast build time, amazing inclusions & a great all round family owned business who were very helpful throughout the process.Highly recommend

I've currently hit lockup stage with Avondale Homes and to date, they have been brilliant. From the first moment, to selections to site start has all been hassle free. Karissa the sales agent has still kept in contact to make sure I am happy with everything (Which I'm pretty sure is unheard of with any other builder). So far my house has been one of the quickest to go up in the street and seems to be on track for a quick (by today's standards) build. There have of course been some small hiccups, generally to do with trades along the way, but there is no builder that is going to be 100% perfect in this current building climate, and so far, I have been thrilled to of picked Avondale to build my home.

Karissa was so fantastic in helping me understand the build process and answering my 10000 questions! She was always honest and I could genuinely tell she wanted the best possible outcome for me. Her ability to turn my ramblings into succinct documents to describe my vision was nothing short of miraculous! Couldn’t recommend her enough

We recently had our handover with Avondale Homes and could not recommend them highly enough. From the very start, Nat was honest, quick with responses (especially with the quote and contract), provided us with all the information we needed up front so there was no surprises that we instantly felt we were in the right hands. Then the design team were amazing. Dan designed our home exactly how we wanted and the end result is amazing! Our build stage went seamlessly. Our SS Darren was amazing. The quality and attention to detail is so high, we are so glad we went with our gut instinct and built with Avondale. The Avondale team really made us feel comfortable and were so flexible, we felt like we were a part of their 'family'. Thanks Avondale for our beautiful home, we can't wait to make lots of memories.

Through an extremely turbulent time in the industry, Avondale have surpassed our expectations on our custom build project. Nat, Darryl, Dan, Kirstin and the entire team have time and time again shown positivity, professionalism, transparency, and have been 100% committed to working with us to ensure our multi-dwelling build is the absolute best is can be. This family run business is full of heart - always going the extra mile to perfect our plans, make time to meet in person, and be so approachable and ready to answer our questions. We cannot wait to see our home built by this incredible team - we have every confidence in them and cannot recommend high enough to anyone looking for a quality build and excellent customer service along the way.

Looks great but soooo disappointingI’m so glad I did my research and did NOT use them in the end.I think I have saved myself a lot of stress and anguish .

Very disappointed with this company. Countless emails and calls and our house is still not complete almost a year after handover. They didnt give us our keys for 3 weeks to make finiah thw house off and nothing had been done in thoae 3 weeks. House is beautiful but incomplete. Have heard alot of stories from others using this company that they also did not bother to finish the house fully. Very unprofessional.Edit: I made the top review under old management/staff and whilst it was accurate at the time, I have since experienced excellent service from the new staff of Avondale since around september 2022. Thankyou so much for all your help and rectifying our previous experience.
