DO NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible company to deal with! They left two large holes in our tin roof after moving whirly birds and didn’t repair them correctly (used a tape of some sort). As a result, with weather, water has now leaked into our roof and channeled through the fan/light in our babies room that short circuited our electricity and left water pooling on the floor.We have twice been promised payment to our builder to repair the roof but then silence.They’re so busy doing shoddy work they have no time to follow up with previous customers. Complaints have been submitted to the ACCC and QBCC.

Used NIS in August 2022 to install 4.5R gold insulation bats in my ceiling. Today the temperature outside is over 30°C. Normally I'd be running 3 air con units. The house is much cooler and air con seems enough. Great investment. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the language used by guy's in the roof.

Josh did a great job on insulation for my home. He was professional, polite and very efficient. Worst experience ever. Under floor insulation on hi set house all falling off within a week of being installed. Sent pics, emailed, called and left messages No replies from owner. Fobbed off by admin. Do not trust them

I questioned Josh on his bad reviews and he explained why then I hired him only to find he did 1/2 the job and demanded cash payment. He complained a lot completed a fraction what we agreed - other quotes were better priced but I gave him a go. He’s since attacked my character and refused to return only responding when I posted the remaining job to HiPages - shocking behaviour by any trade I’ve ever hired. He also attempted to Jack the price and cut the scope to meet his needs.
