Twin Swans Motel
Not a safe place to stay. A man wearing a polo with the motel logo just opened the locked door without knocking or announcing himself and would have gotten in if the security chain wasn’t on. When asked why he was there as it’s not check out time yet, the man just responded sorry he didn’t know anyone was in there. What if the guest was undressed or a solo female guest was in the shower?

Lindy and Greg are wonderful. They even dropped me off at work when my cab didnt show up. The room was nice and clean and break fast waa yum. Strongly recommed staying at this place.

Customer service was the worst I have ever seen. We arrived at the motel at about dinner time wanting a room for the night. The woman behind the counter was dealing with another customer which was fine but after a few minutes I realised they were just gossiping so I waited a another couple minutes still nothing so I said something and we were pretty much told to leave. All she had to do was say Hi when we walked in and I would not have had a problem. Extremely rude!

Very friendly reception staff.The room was modern and well set up.Great bathroom with excellent water pressure and nice & hot.Everything was spotlessly Clean.It's on the main road but there was very little noise throughout the night.It's a bit far to walk into town but an easy 3 minute drive.Very well priced compared to similar motels in Inverell.

Was very clean and the owners were so friendly and inviting. Would stay here again when we get up to Inverell. Great spot and we didn’t find it too far out of town

This year we have stayed in many motels in both NSW & Vic. Twin Swans is by far the nicest motel of them all. From the lovely managers at reception to a beautifully presented, spotlessly clean room with comfy beds to the spotless bathroom, everything was excellent.Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed at the Twin Swans Motel for two nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The attention to detail was outstanding. Friendly staff the comforts of home such as top quality linen, clean room, comfortable bed location was perfect for us as it was NOT to close to town. This can be very noisy at other motels are close to the riff raff of noise and other guests being to noisey after celebrations in the town centre. Here at Twin Swans this was not the case. We will be visiting family again in Inverell and feel very confident to be staying back here again.

We stayed in the little cottage at the back. The owners were really lovely and helpful, and the cottage had everything we needed for a week long stay; very well equipped with cooking implements etc.Also appreciated there being a vaccum and laundry powder.A nice change to visit somewhere where they leave enough coffee for the whole stay as well
