Completely unprofessional, lost my full logbook and try to tell me they didn’t touch my logbook because my car had too many kms on it, 230xxx. Completely shattered.

They serviced my car on 7dec . No complaints . Not too expensive . Genuine parts. Instead of taking to local mechanic which costs alot try motor place . Its worth it .Thanks guys

New staff seem under trained with multiple issues but not enough experience around to help them out. Lots of calls lately seem to go unanswered. Last service i was charged for warranty work (had the costs rectified) and this time for warranty work i had damage on the side of my car while they had it. I don't blame them for the damage, but it was there for 4 days so after i picked it up and noticed it, i made 5 phonecalls over the following 2 weeks to follow up any footage of who may have damaged it to be told camera footage doesnt go back far enough" so the most dissapointing thing is that i began chasing it up immediately with no follow ups on 5 occasions. Everything is always a hassle. Big or small, Ballan Holden (now the Motor Place) cannot deal with it. Every time my car has been booked in for a service I am without my car for days. Staff are extremely rude on the phone. They have me seriously considering to just get rid of my holden to not have to deal with them again. Won’t be returning.

This place is the biggest rip off!!!!! Took my car in for a logbook service and was slapped with an invoice almost totalling $500?! My advice to anyone who’s looking for a place to service your car LOOK AROUND!!! There are honest and reliable mechanics who will charge you half the price.

Can't compliment the service enough!! Went in yesterday looking at the Opel Corsa OPC, a car I've never seen in person before. I spoke to Rahul on the phone a day prior and explained that this looks like something I'd be interested in and i would like to have a look. He promptly organised a time of my choosing and even came in on his off day. He was not working but still decided to come in and help me with my experience. I have since decided to purchase a different vehicle but regardless am really impressed by the service I received. I called him this morning to let him know I won't be purchasing the vehicle and he responded with no worries buddy

My 2012 Holden Commodore VE LPG went through a major repair at The Motor Place. Repairs included gas injectors, hoses and many more (I know these were genuine issues), and costed me an arm and a leg. But I am overall happy with the service, however communication could have been better (I had to call up couple of times to follow-up, but Daniel gave me fair reasons for the delay). Although the diagnosis took 4 days and all up I was without a car for 8 days, considering the busy times, I think they did a reasonable job. Sometimes you just have to get the repairs done properly, but the drawback is time and money.

The car that I had selected from The Motor Place did not ultimately suit my needs, but my dealings with the business and with John Raffaele in particular was splendid. Professional, straightforward and true to his word. I would have absolutely no hesitation about making contact when looking for another vehicle.
