I was lucky to meet Carmen and Raymond. They are very patient to tell me all the details about the terrace during the inspection. Any information about the house will be informed. They will also recommend more suitable properties according to the needs of the tenants. During the rental process, the emails were replied in a very timely manner and it was a very reassuring rental experience.

The intermediary sister was also very responsible and patient, and found a suitable house for us. Patiently send us the video introduction of the house. Extremely lack of communication, take forever for them to reply. Asked them to communicate with tenants, after one month, they have not updated any feedback. Extremely poor experience. NOT recommend for any landlord to lease their property via them! Absolutely disaster.

Of all the agents I have dealt with, these two guys really stood out. They were professional, friendly and had great attitudes. Harry and Raymond went above and beyond to help out us out in our search.
