Went to this servo 12.30pm today and the lady serving was very rude and I didn't feel welcome. Sandwich was stail.

Throughout my many visits to the United in Kilcoy, I believe they are a well ordered service station. There food is always hot and fresh yet still served at good prices.I highly recommend this service station to any locals or anyone just passing by.

I don’t normally leave reviews but the interaction I had tonight was honestly mortifying, especially as someone who has worked in many customer service roles. At around 6:15pm today I went it to pay for my fuel and the lady behind the counter was very rude and made me feel like a burden simply because of the way I worded a sentence. She was distracted when I went in, but I was more than happy to wait until she was ready but when she noticed me standing there she was rude and annoyed that I was there. I panicked and said just number 5 please and she had already pressed the eftpos button when I asked to order a food item and she had a go at me saying just the fuel and then wanting to order something extra. She said something along the lines of “why do you people always say just this and then go on to order other things when that’s not the only thing you want, don’t say just this”. I was in shock so I didn’t reply and then she asked again what I wanted and then asked if that was all. The problem was not what she said to me but the way she was speaking to me was so condescending and rude. As someone that suffers from severe social anxiety, interactions like this are the entire reason why social anxiety exists.

The staff here are lovely, plus it's cheaper than just up the road and not as many people come in making it a bit more pleasant. The staff are kind and genuinely interested in you and they take the time to have a real conversation with you and crack some jokes.

I can't really give any negative feedback because it was a really really good experience it has really stepped up.I have been there about 5 times and every time the person working is so nice and helpful.My kids don't like the food but that's because the picky, but I enjoyed what I had.

Awful service today. Kylie?? After waiting with another customer, I growled my mother whom rung the bell to get her attention - I was happy to wait as she was busy. The rude comments that came out after I apologised for my mothers impatience (whilst it was valid).An exceptional service station with a rude employee - it’s a shame as not everyone is just “passing through”.
