I ended up purchasing a new outlander exceed here after being let done by a few other Mitsubishi dealerships who weren’t helpful when i was looking.I’d almost given up on finding my dream car until i got to Mitsubishi Brighton. Darren was incredible, he was honest, helpful and kept me in the loop with wait times on my new vehicle. It was nice to find a dealer who was genuinely caring about what my family needs in a car and was so happy to help us find the right one.Would definitely recommend speaking to him if your someone seeking a new car, especially if you get anxiety in a dealership setting, he was so easy and polite to deal with right from the get go.Car has been a dream drove all the way from peninsula to qld in it right away and it was the best decision to buy it

I am very happy with my new purchase. Dene was great, he guided me through process and took a refundable deposit of $500 to ensure I secured my vehicle. Dene was able to give me a great deal on my trade in from photos I provided. Adam made every effort to ensure my finance got over the line after not working during covid last year. Brought my car in for its 60k service. I was advised it was going to be $1865 for just a service!! No prior warning of the expense, just told on the morning when I drop it in. I was then told they could do me a deal and take 30 off the price....cheers. Surely with cost of living expenses as they are, mortgage rates etc...you would at least let someone know in advance that their car service is going to cost nearly 2k (there was nothing wrong with the car)!

Just picked up my Ford Puma from Brighton Mitsubishi. If every car dealer was as genuinely nice as William I dare say used car salesmen would have earned a better reputation. He was fantastically helpful, patient and knowledgeable with out any hard sell or hype. I love my Ford Puma which, after driving a Mercedes, is saying something.

Life without a car and having to make a quick decision can be a difficult decision. Initially speaking to Dene, I immediately felt more at ease. He helped me with the details of putting a Mitsubishi ASX with very low mileage on hold with a refundable small deposit. He kept me informed, with pictures, text and details in the coming week. Nothing was too hard for him. On arrival to pick up the car for a test drive, he showed me an immaculate car. He took me through the paperwork with ease, clearly explaining warranty, after servicing etc. Not happy with the clean, he asked them to redo it. Escorting me to the car, he explained a few features. Hooked up my blue tooth, allowing me to leave with heaps of fuel. More than expected. My drive home was a pleasure. Fabulous experience! We purchased 2 cars within a few days and could not be happier! The team presented us with great financial assistance and made the process super fun! Walking in and meeting Marcel immediately I knew I wasn’t going to be pushed around by a “car salesperson” he was fantastic and very patient as I was away with work for 2 weeks in the purchase process. Paul and Steph were fantastic in the finance department and last but not lease the fabulous Sarah was helpful and knowledgeable and was really FUN to deal with! I purchased a used 2021 Mitsubishi ASX LS in June 2022. Dene Gregg was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and very friendly.The car was missing the rear parcel shelf that I actually did not realise was missing, on delivery of the vehicle Dene noticed it and sourced one a few days later and personally delivered it to my home over an hour away from the dealership.Dene was also very fussy in making sure the car I bought was in as new condition, the original ASX I looked at had a small scratch on it, Dene then organised to get the one I ended up buying from their holding yard 20 minutes away as I was happy to wait.
