Bayside Towbars

I'm very happy with these guys .Clean and neat job had it finished when they said ,but be careful driving into the driveway of the main road ,it gets a bit bumpy

Aha --- if you need a Towbar, these guys are great, but never risk your car being serviced . They claim but will do superficial job and can miss important stuff that will cause a lot of headaches . May turn out they don't have a mechanic but someone with a little knowledge. Thumbs down emoji.

Great ,knows his work even cars with individual issues. Has all the equipment to do the job professionally .Reprogramming smart cars so no issues with trailer's wiring.

Had my 2014 BMW x4 booked in for a class 4 heavy duty Hayman Reese towbar to be fitted by Nick, took about 3 hours. They were very accommodating with when I could bring it in and knew absolutely everything there is to know about the tow bar and the car. Very professional and a nice bunch of people. Best price going around. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get a tow bar!

We used this company to fit a tow bar to our T5 Volkswagen Van. The hubristic fitter enthusiastically assured us that he knew what he was doing.From the beginning he made a fundamental error of not checking the wiring on the existing rear view camera before removing the rear bumper and tore the wires out of the back of the camera thus rendering it useless. The camera always had to be relocated but now we have the added expense of buying a new camera unit.The cut out in the bumper bar was crude and jagged. The wiring for the reversing sensors was not secured and both the rear mudguards did not have the screws replaced and were left hanging loose.A very rough and haphazard job. Would not recommend.

I recently bought my BMW from Bayside Garage, & asked the dealer to arrange fitment of a towbar.The guys picked up the car, fitted the very high quality (hidden) towbar & recoded the car, then returned the car to the dealer, all with one phone call to me to arrange payment.Great service.

It's a ok place. Did not spend much time to comment properly. But saw my dream car...

Installed tow bar on 2018 model Mercedes GLS.Extremely happy with the level of communication and quality of the job done, the car now does all the things it should when towing (reverse sensors off etc) Anderson plug installed too, with very reasonable price compared to dealer.
