Awesome place to stay, walking distance to everything. Stayed in the Birch Studio was very cosy and luxurious. Will be back, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Alice have continuously ignored my pleas for her to refund my reservation as I am no longer comfortable to pursue my reservation with them. I have asked the Ombudsman and my bank to mediate as I see no other way for this business to actually tell the truth to their customers. This has cause so much grief on my end and as a healthcare worker who is wanting some reprieve from the daily stresses of my work life this is the last thing I would like to deal with on my free time.

Awesome Awesome!! Perfect stay. We stayed in the elm studio this weekend that passed was perfect size and comfort for 2 people. Villa is modern with everything u need for a comfortable stay. Place very clean. Location perfect was in walking distance to hepurn springs bathhouse and only a 5 min max drive to the centre of Daylesford town shops. Highly recommended!!

Very pleasant. Had everything we wanted, including a spa bath. Massages in-house if requested. Comfortable. Delightful garden. Quiet.

Very clean and nicely appointed with all mod cons including free Wi-Fi. Very private and a nice relaxing two days to explore Hepburn Springs and Daylesford.

What a stink in the room, checked in at 3:30pm we had to air the room for 30 mins to try and get rid of the cheap stench of air freshener. We called management 4 times over the past 5 hours with no response. But they say they will be in touch soon. How reassuring! We called qantas to ask them to rebook us somewhere else but to to the low rate policy $300 plus a night when 3 other online portals have the same room for $190-250. Qantas you are a joke! As for this room, poor quality, tired and it stinks. As for management response, I can't wait to have a conversation with these clowns.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but for longer stays you'll either need to eat out a lot or do groceries every couple of days as they only have a bar fridge. The place we stayed was cozy and romantic and the spa bath was amazing! The only real negative for me is the bloody skylight. Great for natural light when you want it, but no way to shut it when you want a sleep in. Otherwise, a pretty good little stay.

INADEQUATE HEATER...We arrive to find the room same temperature as the outdoors, a very small fan heater was plugged into power point and placed on top of the table, they knew that the split system was inadequate. It took 3 hours to get the room warm. But if you decide to go to the bathroom please place your jacket back on as there is no heaters or heat lamp.Other ways the bedroom was so clean, linen and bathroom impeccable. Perhaps best enjoyed during summer.
