Woolworths Balcatta

It is worth the the visit great kebab pizza and other great food shop, hairdressers, nice Woolworths BWS, great doctors chemist physio around the corner places I have visited recommend them all

I like the store, it has a huge foyer, it's a modern store with big Isles and very clean. A good shopping experience.

Just left Woolworths at Rosalie and I was absolutely disgusted with the attitude with some of the workers. I went in because I needed to refund some cat food that I ordered online and they substituted for a different product. First none of the workers knew what to do, then a blonde named Jordanna came and “helped” us. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She then got her supervisor to help her who was even more rude and just all together didn’t want to here it. We payed the cat food $9.50 (on sale) and they were only refunding us $5.00, because they were apparently on sale in the new catalog. We grabbed the new catalog and saw the cat food we got were STILL $9.50?? How does that work out? Were they making up their own prices? The Felix jelly’s would NEVER be only $5.00. They are usually $12.50! They also did this with some fancy feast tins we were also returning . We were telling them they were doing it wrong and she didn’t care in fact she was very rude! It ended up taking us over 35 minutes just to do a refund. Was unbelievable especially because I thought Rosalie was a nice shopping centre, not anymore. Probably will be my last time there.

The staff was SO friendly and helpful. I finally found an item, that I had been hunting for ages. Thank you, especially to the girls in the 'Hair Department.

Brand new store, clean, fresh and happy staff. Layout is a little odd, with dairy in a refrigerated isle.Parking outside has shade cloth.Great local supermarket.What would make it even better is if Woolworths stopped putting the same stock in multiple places and hire a user interface designer to actually design their self checkout monstrosity, what an absolute abomination.

Looking for convenience? Don’t shop here! Hoping your direct to boot order is correct? Forget it, they miss items every order. Looking to buy online and get what you need? Forget that too, this Woolies loves to say things are out of stock online that are actually on the shelf in store. We see you Woolworths and your nasty tactics designed to get people to spend more. Convenience non-existent. Want to wait for 30 mins+ to collect your order, you’ve come to the right place. Want to wait ages in-line at self check out, this is it! Want to have to navigate shelf packing racks and direct to boost shoppers who are rude as hell, you guessed it…Woolies Balcatta. Total train wreck from start to finish.

I used to rate this Woolworths highly, shopping here at least twice a week. However, over the past 6months it’s really gone downhill. The dates in meat section are almost always two days or a day before their used by. The staff stocking the dairy aisle are always in the way with pallets. Today, I went to the meat section and the lady rearranging the stock had everything on the floor and just put it back on the shelf. She had a trolley next to her, why would I want to buy produce left on the floor?Give me a reason I should continue to shop there. Plenty of other places to shop that aren’t Woolworths.

Easy to get in and out. Spacious shop with all you could need.Great location. Highly recommend.

Just like any other Woolworths store, only 1 km closer to home. Everything is nice and clean, plenty of parking. Must be the holiday period, not many cashiers

Beautiful store. Well set out. Had exactly what I needed here as my local was out of stock as usual, and was show to the isle by friendly staff member who was stocking shelves. All in all it was a really nice experience.
