Ballarat Central B&B
Our 2 nights were great. The place is extremely clean and well kept. Owner was friendly and had lots of advice for us. Beds and pillows comfy. Other people were there but we barely noticed. Our breakfast packs were yum and a big time saver. Plenty of cooking facilities if you don't want to eat out. Decent price for such good quality and the location is central but quiet. We'll be back again when we return to Ballarat.

Beautiful building, lots of history. Comfortable beds but disappointed with having no private bathroom an no air-conditioning. Breakfast was continental. Owner was a very nice man

The rooms are so spacious, the owners ray and jo are such lovely people, funny/quirky. The most comfortable little b&b in Victoria, really is the best place to stay. Beat home away from home getaway. 100/100!!! :-D will definately keep coming back. Lovely!!!

A charming, gorgeous little place in the heart of Ballarat. Ray, the owner, is amazingly friendly and will make you feel right at home.

Stayed in a standard single. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.Breakfast was included and was ample - continental-style with bread for toast, butter, spreads, juice, cereal and a fruit cup. Tea and coffee were separately available freely for guests.The B&B is spotless and the hosts go out of their way to help guests.There are two shared bathrooms and a further separate toilet and this worked fine for my stay.I made use of the laundry, which has both a front and top loader washing machine, a tumble dryer and two ironing stations.There is a nice lounge area open to residents use, with a tv and books available.The B&B is two blocks away from Sturt Street, the main east-west street into the city, but sits in a quiet area.I would happily stay again if I am passing through Ballarat.

Comfortable, authentic and homely! The couple manage the place well. Warm welcome and nice chat. Ended up extending our stay there. Convenient location. Would recommend to anyone!
