The service and support that I have received from Jin @ Techniq Computer Solution can not be faulted. Having Jin available is like having my own in house computer expert, which allows me to concentrate on running my business. Price wise he is also very competitive....

Jin is a very friendly and helpful guy. I drove all the way out from Koondoola to get my computers operating system cloned to a bigger hdd and he did not charge through the roof.

Run by very friendly and helpful people with excellent customer service. Accepted a job on a friday afternoon at very short notice and had it done 1 hour early, my pc is now running much faster and cooler. I let them keep my pc case and old motherboard as a tip. Thanks guys !

Brought my brother's newly built system for a checkup as I had a feeling that the PSU was faulty, I have vast experience in building PCs however do not have the tools or experience in checking out PSUs (I also didn't have one handy to replace).Told the gentleman what was done, that the PC was not booting up at all, had a feeling that the PSU or the Power button was faulty, that could he have a look at it first.Took him 3hours to call me back telling me in fact that the PSU was faulty, charged $80 for this. No report was made or given, one simple phone call to pick up and that the PSU was faulty. Upon asking why I was charged $80, I was advised that he had to check every, single, component just to make sure. AFTER I advised him that everything was fresh out of the box and that I had a strange feeling it was the PSU/power supply connections.Again, low quality service, no report generated for warranty claims/item swap. Overpriced for job needed to be done.Will definitely not be coming again. Sorry.

Hard drive failed. Took it to Techniq around 3pm. Asked them to install 2 new drives, a new graphics card, a new wireless network card and clean dust out after a year of neglect. All fixed by close of business same day. Parts we're reasonably priced and I got a great deal on labour costs. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and down-to-earth. Used them twice now. Extremely happy both times. Now our go to" people for PCs and Laptops."

Brilliant local IT supplier. Loads of useful knowledge and always keen to help both businesses and home users. Made my life easier on many occasions.

After finding this business die to their fingerprinting services initially (of which they made an appointment on a Sunday!), i found out about their computer servicing. I had a MacBook Pro I had been trying to upgrade the memory in, and other providers said it was not upgradable. After sending the model details Jin said he could do it as long as I ordered the part. I ordered and dropped the laptop off and he started work immediately, and had it ready for pick up the very next day!I have gone from a full HDD to now having a TB of space - awesome service and highly recommended...

Kindly advise me, is $120 too much or too little for a windows operating system installation? Im not familiar with the standard cost of installing windows. Because that's what I paid. If it's normal, all good. If not, it's a really pricey place!... However, the two Asian gentleman that work there are very nice people. It's a convenient place to go for all your troubleshooting needs
