This school has turned into a communist state, teachers are just as uneducated than the students enrolled here.

Awesome school located in the centre of the Woonona community. The school provides awesome opportunities for students to develop and perform their individual strengths within almost every aspect possible including: sport and academic representation, music and english and art competitions. With highly respected staff Woonona high is a perfect school to send your child.

School would be more concerned if you were out of uniform than if you fell off a roof

It seems the Principal and Vice have completely lost control over their school.The reports of what’s occurring at this school under their watch are disturbing to say the least.I have three daughters currently attending ( or should I say not attending).I have, as a father in a split family, RARELY being notified of my children’s absence’s.All three of my children have had LESS than a 55% first term attendance….Not ONCE has any correspondence or concerns to this situation entered my mailbox or a request to discuss, either in person or by phone.Why is this the case.? Why haven’t DOCS heard anything or been notified as per legislation.?Liability needs to lay with Schools that DON’T be PROACTIVE with their students Welfare.Woonona had a GREAT reputation under the former Head staff……Where has it gone wrong.?!!

This school has fallen behind. If anything this school is worse than corrimal high.They Don't have control of there school, They don't have good ratings especially from ACTUAL STUDENTS who have attended this school. Look I'll give it this it has a lot of programs that keep students busy, But the Authority system this school has needs work. The school has a lot of problems to fix especially with their students. The way they treat them is not any better. I give this school 1 Star. On the outside it looks like a good place, on The inside It is A terrible place. The school cares more About some of there rules then they do about student wellbeing. The school Acts like they care about their students, I guess every school is the same. But You can tell that They do not in the slightest care about students and their opinions and their right to be children. That's all I have to say about this school.

Great school, really improved over the last few years.
